Comparison of Akaban Omachi and Yamada Nishiki from Nabeshima!
(I've had the Yamadanishiki before, so I'll skip that one.
When poured into a sake cup, it has bubbles on the wall and is slightly carbonated!
When you drink it, you immediately taste the sweetness + weak acidity and the flavor of Nabeshima spreads!
Personally, I prefer Yamadanishiki to Akaban Omachi.
