It has a refined aroma with a hint of ginjo.
It does not have a heavy, rustic flavor at all.
But if you ask me whether I like it or not, I would say no.
It is a delicious sake, though.

Maybe the color of the bottle is pulling it away, but it had a slight whey feeling, a slightly subdued flavor, and a light, rich, and cool feeling 😌.

Happy New Year 🎍 everyone ✨ New Year starts with local sake!
I heard it won the top prize in the ginjo-shu category at the Kanto Shinetsu 6 prefecture sake competition 🤭The [Shizuku] that Beta Alanin was already drinking was sold out, but I wanted to pick it up just to get a taste of the atmosphere 🤗.
It has a soft mouthfeel, and the top aroma reminds me of white peach and pineapple. While you can feel the alu aroma softly, you can also feel a lingering mild bitterness after the moist and transparent sweetness 😌.
