Soft and sweet aroma, mildly sweet and slightly bitter, and when paired with food, it seems to enhance the sweet-tartness of the Jun Dai 🥰Low alcohydrate but with a solid impression 😍.
Today we have soy milk nabe with tofu, pork and chives, potato salad as yesterday, and fried sea bream chikuwa isobe.
Our potato salad is made by marinating it in vinegar, so the subtle sourness went well with the sake💓.
For impressions of the alcohol by itself, shinsaku3 is in charge 💕.
