This is my second bottle of Yanma: ❤️ It has almost no sweetness, but only umami! It's delicious‼️It's 16 degrees, but the alcohol is light🩷Is this the power of Oumachi? ‼️ Today we have hokke, grilled pork, and the main dish is soy milk tofu 💖. I made cold soymilk tofu by heating kombu dashi, soymilk, and yose-tofu slowly so it doesn't boil over and then cooling it down ✨. The taste of the broth, the flavor of the soy milk, and the tofu was exquisite 🥰🙌My husband said it was delicious too 🩷. Maybe it's better to go head to head with the dashi broth's umami for the umami of omachi 🧐. Sake impressions by itself are in charge of shinsaku3💕.
