It's a gift 😍I'm so excited 💓 because it's a brewery I haven't tasted yet. Today we have grilled cod, squid with saikyo zuke and two seafood, and yose-tofu with soy milk in shrimp broth with a hint of raayu, and our family staple potato salad! I made a variety of dishes, so I'm sure it would go well with any of them 🙏. I thought it might be dry because of the sake level of ➕6, but I got the impression that it was beautifully dry! There is a hint of acidity, and I think there is almost no bitterness astringency. ‼️ It gives the impression of clean water. Although it is dry, it is light, so it seems to go well with any meal. ❤️It was the kind of sake that you don't get tired of drinking and you don't get tired of drinking! Impression of the sake by itself is in charge of shinsaku3💕

Ponchan💕Good morning ‼️ Japan has so many good sake breweries that you can enjoy endlessly ❤️ thank goodness! I'm biased when I choose my own sake, but it's refreshing to be surprised when I get it once in a while 💖this is why I can't stop drinking and eating 🥰.
