It's been a while since I've had Gakki Masamune. I drank Honjozo before, but I prefer this one by far. It's fresh, not too gassy, and refreshing. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, so you'll find yourself drinking too much of it 😱 It's so delicious. I'll definitely be repeating this one.

Hi-irori Origarami Spring sake. There are a lot of pink labels around this time of year, so I couldn't resist buying one! It was my first time using Ona, so my expectations were high, but... It's rather dry, and it doesn't change drastically when you mix in the ori. The sweetness came out more after a few days than the first day. I paired it with fried horse mackerel and it was delicious with the sauce😋.

Ippaku Pink Label I heard that this Misoshiki is the sake rice which is a cross between Misan Nishiki and Yamadanishiki. Ichibaisuisei is a sake which is often recommended at my favorite shop. I bought it this time because the label is pink and looks like spring. In fact, I was told that it was limited in quantity💦. It has a fruity aroma, but the bitterness and the spiciness that lingers on the tongue make for a refreshing aftertaste. The bitterness and the spiciness that lingers on the tongue leave a clean aftertaste. Delicious😋

Spring-like pink color. It's sweet and sour, so it's probably best to drink it as an after-dinner dessert rather than with a meal. It is a mild juice that can be drunk by itself. The second day after opening the bottle, the sweetness is even more pronounced, and even though it has 10% alcohol by volume, I found myself getting surprisingly drunk💦.

Kamonishiki VINTAGE purchased last December... I've opened it💦. This is an adult version of Kamonishiki, if you will. I'm not sure about the "fullness and depth" written on the back of the label, but I can definitely feel the depth. It's not flashy, but it has a mellow and calm sweetness and umami that is very different and very tasty. I regret that I should have bought another bottle😭.

Itaru" from Sado in Niigata Prefecture. Last year I drank the Junmai Ginjo at the store, but I was not blessed with the opportunity to purchase it, and after about a year I finally got to see it again, and this time it was the Junmai Nama Genshu. The aroma is like a fresh grapefruit and the taste is firm. It has a crisp sourness and bitterness that makes it a very tasty drink. I regret that I should have paired it with yellowtail sashimi. There's only about 1 cup left😱!

Last year, I drank W (double) of different sake rice, but last year, I didn't have Akita Sakekomachi. First of all, the label looks like a mirror ball and is very flashy. When you drink it, you can feel the aroma of peaches, but as you continue drinking, the bitterness is emphasized and the alcohol content is 17 degrees, so it is very strong. It's good to drink slowly. By the way, the image behind the grain Ryoto drank last year was more to my liking💦

I have another week of work tomorrow, so I'm gonna have a little... I'll drink just a little bit. I was relieved to find that it was still delicious. The sourness on the tip of the tongue is mild, but it's more than good enough not only as a food sake but also on its own. It's the best match for sashimi, and if it's a weekend, you can drink a bottle of the fourth in a row. It's delicious 😭.

I opened the bottle just before the expiration date. I was able to get it in the glass just before it spilled in the kitchen because the gas was too much (to the point where I had to shake the coke as hard as I could). I'm very pleased with myself. Chiba Prefecture No.2. This is a fruity favorite gathering ❗️Pipey ‼️ (think of a whistle) sake. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but it's a good thing. It's so gorgeous that it quickly and beautifully removes the garlic smell from the peperoncino for dinner!

I've decided tomorrow is a rest day and only a few more to go 😋. Sweet and delicious Jun Gin ROC (Rice Of Chiba) series. I bought it today and tasted it immediately. It's hard to say if it's juicy or mellow sweetness, so I'll just say it's delicious👍👍. The back of the label says it is slightly fizzy, but I don't feel it at all. Today I pulled out our secret weapon "Yakimaru" and drank it while eating yakiniku in the kitchen. I don't think we need any more beer... But well, the house smells like a yakiniku restaurant😭.

Posting sneakily on my lunch break. Tanzawa mountain I drank yesterday When you shine a light from behind the label, a plum tree and a bird appear. The taste is loose and dry, with a low alcohol content and no peculiarities, and it soaks through like water. The drawback is that it is easy to drink 😭 it will be empty soon. I think it will be good for those who like sweet taste without feeling uncomfortable. I had a great time drinking it last night with a huge bowl of cold tofu on bonito flakes!

I saw A205X253's review first and went to the liquor store while studying the "Yokawasan" and cheerfully purchased the "Yoshikawasan" please ️‼️ 😁Thank you A205X253 👍. It was a few notches more to my liking than the unfiltered raw sake I drank last time! I guess this is what really beautiful sake is like! Yesterday's SNOW... I've been looking forward to this one for a while now, but I'm not sure if it's more popular in the raw form. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's an indescribable aroma that's a little different from the fruit type. I drank it while eating sashimi, and while the soy sauce was still lingering in my mouth, it was 🐴🐴 delicious! I stopped to drink it slowly💦for tomorrow's enjoyment!
