Kamonishiki VINTAGE purchased last December... I've opened it💦.
This is an adult version of Kamonishiki, if you will.
I'm not sure about the "fullness and depth" written on the back of the label, but I can definitely feel the depth.
It's not flashy, but it has a mellow and calm sweetness and umami that is very different and very tasty. I regret that I should have bought another bottle😭.
