Itaru" from Sado in Niigata Prefecture.
Last year I drank the Junmai Ginjo at the store, but I was not blessed with the opportunity to purchase it, and after about a year I finally got to see it again, and this time it was the Junmai Nama Genshu.
The aroma is like a fresh grapefruit and the taste is firm. It has a crisp sourness and bitterness that makes it a very tasty drink.
I regret that I should have paired it with yellowtail sashimi. There's only about 1 cup left😱!

Hello, spkh!
It's very delicious! It's hard to find, but...
I like nigori because it has a strong gaseous taste.

Hello, kino.
I'd like to drink nigori someday⁉️I was a little hesitant to open it because the stores that carry it rarely have solstice in stock 😅.
I️ want to drink nigori one day too.

Hello, spkh☆ (*sigh*)
I've never heard of "Itch" before! I've never heard of this brand before, so I'm really learning a lot 😊I was in Okayama for some business, and I met some new sake there too✨.

Good evening, Sheri~!
Same here, there's still a lot of sake I don't know 😅.
From Nara to Okayama... I've never been to the Kansai-Chugoku region. I've never been to the Kansai-Chugoku region, so liquor stores in unfamiliar places sound fun.
