The summer fox is here! It's so hot these days! It's delicious! It has a slight sweetness and a gentle sourness that lingers in the aftertaste. Overall, it's gentle and well-balanced! I love the freshness and sometimes wild flavor of unpasteurized sake, but this is the cohesiveness and calmness that comes from hiring. But the more you drink, the more you notice the depth of flavor. I like to chill it well and drink it in my room while relaxing. (I'm lucky to be able to do that...) It's good!

It has a refreshing and mellow aroma typical of summer sake. It is truly refreshing! The freshness comes first and the rich aroma comes later...! The opposite is often the case, but this pattern is hard to find! The label is beautiful and the taste is great! There's almost no acidity and just a hint of sweetness. There's very little acidity, and just a hint of sweetness, but what is this drinkability? The fact that it's not excessive is rather nice. Yes, just a little. It's just a little, but it's definitely assertive. It's good!

It's been a while since I've had Hachibei. I thought it would be a little harsh because it was brewed in 2020, but it was refreshing! It is a balanced type. The sweetness and aroma are very gentle and easy to drink. Hachibei is naturally more of a food sake than a sake by itself. I bought some bonito today, so I had it pickled. No doubt about it! It's delicious!

The rainy season is over! I wanted to see the sea, so I drove around the prefecture. I bought a bottle of Mizutori-ki at a nearby roadside station. I hadn't drunk Yamada Nishiki yet. I also bought my favorite sea squirt. I'll eat it with ascidian vinegar. The taste balance is great! A slight sweetness and a gentle aftertaste. The heat of the alcohol tightens up the aftertaste and goes perfectly with the saltiness of the sea squirt! It goes on and on - it's delicious!

I've heard that on the rocks is recommended, but I'll start with a small cup. Oh! Amazing! Sour! Fruity! On the rocks, I see! It's good! It's got a deja vu label, and a deja vu depth of flavor, though! LOL! Anyway, it's thick and delicious! It's not really sake, more liqueur than white wine. It's more like a liqueur! It's sweet and sour and umami! I didn't expect to be able to buy it cheaply at the supermarket. I'll be repeating this...!

It's good! I like junmai-shu with 70-90% rice polishing ratio because of its wild taste! Among them, this Nanada uses 100% Yamada Nishiki. The mouthfeel is gentle. But gradually the sweetness, sourness, and slight carbonation slowly come together, and the flavor of the rice spreads...! I'm drinking a delicious sake! That's how I feel. I'm glad I bought Hokke. After all, Japanese food is best with Junmai-shu. It's delicious!

A refreshing blue bottle. I'll drink the summer Ginjo again this year. Hmm~! What is this...? The sweetness is unique. It's sweet like some kind of fruit, but I can't describe it well lol. This is my first Hirotogawa. It's a brand that's not readily available in the area where I live, so I was looking forward to it. This is soooo good! Mild. The overall assertion is modest. The reason why it makes me think it's delicious though is because the balance of the various flavors is excellent. The sweetness is slight. The sourness is short, fresh, and free of miscellaneous flavors. The aftertaste is also refreshing, except for a slight sweet bitterness that comes through the nose. It's good!

Pink, green and blue were lined up. I was curious about the "46 style", so I clicked here. This is amazing...! The slight carbonation and the sourness of it all! The moment you put it in your mouth, while rolling it around on your tongue, and even when you swallow it, it's so sour that it makes you salivate. The sour taste makes you salivate. In the aftertaste, there is a bitter taste that changed the sour taste, but I don't feel bad. I drink it one after another. Calpis + grape? It's so good. In the end, I don't know about the 46 formula. lol It's so good!

I've never seen you before. I found one bottle at a liquor store I frequent. I wonder if they have it when I go buy it in the morning. It's always in the afternoon. Oh, you have it? I was so surprised that I looked at it twice. And the price was reasonable. Probably the same thing was over 10,000 yen at the big supermarket. I'll buy it. The aroma when you first open the bottle is still Junmai Daiginjo. It is gorgeous. Mmmmm! It's delicious! It has a gentle sweetness and umami, a well-polished and pure texture, and a tasteless aftertaste. It also has a nice crispness that doesn't take away from the sweetness and umami. Gentle and gorgeous. It is very good.

Strong flavor! And this sharpness! Sake degree +10 is also sharp! Is the mouthfeel sweet...? No, but the sourness has a nice heat to it, almost like an alcohol sensation in the nose. It all disappears when you swallow it, so you can't help but drink it again to check the flavor. It's so good.

Junmai Daiginjo by Kamikimoto. Even though it is Junmai Daiginjo, it is reasonably priced. Well, it is very pure. There is no rice-like taste, no bitterness, no astringency, not even alcohol, just easy to drink. The faint sourness at the mouth is the peak. The aftertaste is clean. When it's this refined, it doesn't feel like alcohol and you can drink it all the time. LOL! It's good!

The aroma right after opening the bottle is gorgeous. And it's delicious! You can definitely feel the unique sourness. The umami and sour flavors penetrate. After that, it is refreshing. The sweetness is moderate - the sourness lingers in the back of the nose even after swallowing. Compared to the Honjozo Nakadori, which is the best in terms of cost, this one has a more dignified mouthfeel. The sharpness is about the same. Rather than a fruity, light umami, it's a more seductive, layered umami. It's delicious! But I think the peak will come on the 3rd to 5th day after chilling it hard!

Cat summer label. I bought it sensibly. Amaumauma. The taste is so stable that I regret that I should have bought a bottle. It's definitely a cat label. The sourness is more dominant than the sweetness. The taste changes in a summery, tropical way. Grape? Kiwi? A summer sake with freshness and sourness. It's good!
