This is the first time I've had one specifically for glasses. I've been drinking a lot of cat series, though. I've been thinking about drinking it sometime, and here it is. Right after opening the bottle, it smells like white wine! I mean, isn't this white wine? It's so fruity and tart, it's delicious! The aftertaste is so refreshing that you can't stop drinking it! I love it so much!

Freshness that is easy to drink. The taste is sweet and sour like plum wine. The aftertaste is crisp and refreshing. As it gets closer to room temperature, the flavor of the rice comes out and it becomes more relaxed. It seems to open up even more when heated! But this is the first time I've had this slight plum wine feel. It's delicious! Rice: 100% Hitachinishiki Rice polishing ratio: 50%. Alcohol content: 15 degrees

Shimofuri Roman is made by letting Kasumi Roman sleep from winter to autumn. This lightly nigori original sake has been heated, but its freshness stands out! It has an apple-like freshness and soft acidity. The taste is strong and sweet. However, it has a crisp finish and is very fruity! It's not heavy at all, and its drinkability and freshness make it easy to drink! It's delicious! That's it! Rice type:Koji rice: 20% Gohyakumangoku    Kake rice: Yumenoko 72%, Himenomochi 6%. It's a hiyaoroshi of Shizengo, is that right? The aroma is subdued and the taste is refreshing. It is slightly carbonated with a tingling sensation on the tongue, but the foam is not weak for sake. The sweetness and sourness of lactic acid bacteria. This is it! This is what this sake brewery is all about! This is the flavor! It has a nice mellow feel on the tongue. Yamamoto's turquoise blue. Midnight blue is already experienced. It is quite rare here. I often see Pure Black of Yamamoto, but I drink Turquoise Blue for the first time. Wow, yum! It has such a freshness and sweet-sour taste like a pear or an apple. It's not citrus, but it's fruity. The aftertaste is refreshing and crisp, just like Yamamoto. "A lonely man carries a bottle of wine and comes to meet a lonely man." What a tasteful label...! A blend of aged sake. The color is completely golden. It's beautiful. Mild on the tongue. The gentle sweetness and sourness spread and are not sticky. The best part is the aged aroma. It has a whiskey-like aroma. And yet, there is no alcohol heat after swallowing. The nights have been getting colder lately. I think I'll enjoy it warmed up. Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 48 Sake degree +2.6 Acidity 1.6 Kyokko's number...no, version 6 Kyokoh was a summer favorite of mine because of its great cost performance. This time they used yeast #6, and the Junmai Ginjo cost less than 2000 yen. It is a little expensive for me. ...but it's good! Well, there's no doubt about it - Kyokai No. 6. It's clear, with a gentle sourness and freshness like an apple. In the future, I'll post the sake rice, sake level, and acidity if I can find them. It's delicious!

Strong acidity. So this is the white koji brewing! The aroma is completely rice-rice. I thought it might be good for heating up. I thought, so I took a sip. No, it's good cold too! It's my first Hirotogawa. After all, Fukushima's sake is delicious! It has a gentle but firm sweetness. The aroma is assertive after you put it in your mouth. When you swallow it, it is moist and filled with deliciousness, and you can feel the lingering aftertaste. Like a good newcomer, it has an honorable taste, but it also has hardness. It is such a good start. I want to raise ......! And like the other reviewer said, it's going to round out after a couple of days! I bet it's good!

Takachiyo after a long time. It might be the first time to use hiragana. The season is autumn, so I made a Halloween label. It's so sweet and delicious! It's so rich and thick you'll be surprised! It's fruity, but I don't know... After swallowing it, the aroma is completely Japanese pear. I love pears, don't you? It's my favorite flavor, and I can't help but want to recommend it to others. Takachiyo is available in kanji, hiragana, and even alphabet. They're all distinctive and delicious--!

"I didn't know what it was, but it said OPEN in the bottom left corner...this is it! This is it! ...... It's amazing! Double label! A tasteful illustration of sasanqua! Mmm! The taste of the sake is wonderful! The sweetness and sourness are strong! I think the sourness is stronger. I love it! The aroma from the bottle is a little lactic acid type. The aftertaste is short and sweet. It's good here too. The depth of flavor, the aroma, and the crisp aftertaste are all well-balanced, and it's really good! Including the label, this is one of the most impressive bottles I've had in a long time!

This is my first Tenbouichi. It's the first Tenbaouichi I've had, and it's an Autumn Agari, in keeping with my personal trend of late. I thought it would be a refreshing sake because the introductory pop-up said it was more of a food sake. ...... Both are good! It's delicious! I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm not sure if you can tell the bitterness from the sweetness...? LOL! It's good on its own, too! It's great with salty snacks! It's delicious!

My first Seven Sages! I knew the name only! Never thought I'd find it in a supermarket on the way to camp! It's a small 300ml bottle, but it's so good! It's full of sweetness and no sarcasm! It's just delicious! There are other Shichiken that look good too, so I want to try them! Today's one has a strong rice flavor and sweetness. It's really good!

I'm here for solo camping. When I was shopping on the way, I found a beautiful bottle and thought it would be good for heating up various kinds of sake. The autumn leaves and the koi are very autumnal. And it's also delicious. I was afraid to take a sip, but it's softly sweet and not overpowering, and it doesn't have any bitterness, so it's not as classic as I thought it would be. It's very easy to swallow without any alcohol feeling. It's delicious!
