These days, Tenbi is rumored to be a new brewery and the industry is buzzing with excitement because of its high quality. This time we chose the Special Junmai. It's delicious! This tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue is perfect for the gloomy season! The sweetness and sourness do not mix, but spread to the mouth independently. There is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste with a yogurt-like aroma in the nose. It's definitely high quality. The taste is strong, but refreshing and light. It's good!

Sweet and fragrant. This year's summer cotton is sweet and spicy style. The lotus flower is beautiful. Yamadanishiki is the best match for Wataya's sharpness! Gentle sweetness and clear flavor without any miscellaneous taste. The acidity peaks the moment you put it in your mouth. You think it is fruity, but it is sweet. And it disappears quickly. It is very easy to drink, but it is also good to drink slowly and deeply. This is what good sake is all about.

I wanted to eat something seafood-based, so I was preparing for it the day before yesterday and found this. It is a variant of Kame-no-o, Kame-iki. The first time you open the bottle, you get the impression that it is hard to drink. The aftertaste is softened by the sweetness and umami that spreads slowly. And this sharpness. It is true that it goes well with seafood! I like the fat and saltiness of mackerel salt! LOL! It's delicious!

I can finally drink! Strawberry Red! Now we have conquered three colors of Yamamoto Black, Blue and Red! They say it is made from white koji for shochu. The aroma is modest. The tingling feeling on the tip of the tongue while it is in the mouth is really unique, and it tells us that a sweet and sour taste is waiting for us when we swallow it. It seems to contain citric acid. It's really sweet and sour. I was going to say that it's more like a hundred than strawberry, but I guess it's still strawberry... No, this aftertaste is sharp and bitter. Orange? Either way, it's delicious!

It's been a very long time since I've seen Akabuki! I wasn't supposed to open it today, but I couldn't resist... lol. It is indeed a summer sake. Refreshing. This is really mint. A slight yogurt-type sweetness and sourness. And a cool feeling of refreshment! A new genre, mint type. Yummy!

The memorable 300 check-in is a memorable Hanaba. This fermented sourness, and juiciness overflowing with flavor. It is not a fruity sourness, but an "acidity" that comes suddenly from a fairly sweet and delicious place. The aftertaste is long. It's mellow. I like it until Umau. It spreads to the body and mind tired from work, and I think it cleared up some of the haze! Let's work hard again tomorrow!

I found Collage at a relatively nearby liquor store. I'll be attending. lol Ahhh. I love it. I love the sweet, sour, and aroma. The timing is perfect. I love the acidity that hits my throat. It is a true Muscat type. It is very delicious. The cost is good too. A recommended bottle.

My first Yamagata Masamune! I've always been curious about this label because of its synonymous image. I wonder, it's so delicious (lol)! The sweetness of the mouthfeel and the crisp acidity. More importantly, there's no bitterness in the aftertaste. Is it rice-like with a classic feel? I thought so on my own. but it's very classy and good without being cloying! This is one I'd drink again!

One cup of Nanbu Bijin. I'm camping solo on vacation today. I found this when I was shopping at a supermarket I don't usually go to. It's not too sweet, but it's easy to drink with a hint of rice flavor. Room temperature is nice and gentle. It's an aluzoe, but it's not harsh at all, and you can even feel a little fruity aftertaste. If you drink it out of the bottle, you can feel the taste 30% more. LOL! Delicious!

I was very interested in the morning glory on the label. It is a very beautiful label. I actually like the flowers. LOL. I knew about Masanryu, but I didn't drink it much. Although I think it's probably my favorite strain... Ah, it's fresh and good. It's not fruity, but it's different. This aroma that comes after the slight sweetness... Shiso? The freshness after the gentle taste is outstanding. The range of fluctuation is small, but you can definitely tell the change. It has a delicate and beautiful taste. It's so good!

I've seen purple rice crane very rarely. This one seems to be an exclusive product, and it seems to be made for this shop. There is a small amount at the bottom. First of all, pour it slowly without mixing. The taste is pure. It's very pure. Slightly carbonated. It says to open and close the bottle repeatedly, but honestly, the gas is not that strong. If you let it get a little cloudy, well, it changes. The sweetness and sourness become stronger, and after the peak, there's a faint bitterness that tightens up the feeling of warmth. It's so good! I'll drink this one carefully.

Sweet and sour! This is amazing! This is the first taste of low gluten rice "Chunyang". It says "grapefruit" on the label, but considering the sweetness of the taste, I'd say strawberry, and considering the refreshing aftertaste, maybe tangerine... It's thick, but not heavy, with a crisp, fruity, refreshing acidity that is perfection! It's good!

My first pair of glasses! Haginotsuru is my favorite cat series. This sake was made by the brewer of the glasses there. I've known about it for a while, but for some reason I've been putting it off. Originally it was only for glasses in autumn, but this time it was shipped as new sake. As the label says, it's a little undefined right after opening the bottle. But that's why it's so gentle and delicious! I guess that means it's still young. It's delicious! It's delicious as is, but I'm going to let it sit for a bit. I can't wait to see if the edges come off...! I'm looking forward to the day after tomorrow!

Machida Shuzo's summer. My favorite yellow-green label. Miyamanishiki. Ah, it is delicious. Sweetness, sourness and a hint of gas. It spreads in the mouth in a good balance, and although it is cloudy, it has no bitterness and disappears with a fresh taste. It's an orangey flavor that seems to contain vitamins. It's so refreshing and good!

Yamamoto-san, why don't you just use white wine already? LOL! The mouthfeel is so wine-like. Are you aiming for the alcohol content as well? LOL! Japanese rhyme.... I can't help but think about what the name implies. It's a brewed sake, but can the yeast give it this much of a wine feel? You can feel the alcohol on the tip of your tongue, or rather the hot feeling. But once you swallow it, the mellow rice aroma spreads, and you realize again that this is sake. It's so good...!

Low polished rice of Denshu. The flavor and crisp aftertaste of the Denshu rice is maintained, but the rice flavor is greatly increased and it is just delicious! It goes well with pickled cucumbers with hawk's claws and garlic. In other words, anything with a punchy, spicy flavor is a must. LOL! It refreshes the palate and leaves a delicious taste of sake at the end, so it goes on and on! It's delicious!
