I bought a bottle of Morishima a year ago. I missed the opportunity to open it, but it had taken up too much space in the vegetable room of the refrigerator, so I took the plunge and opened the bottle❗️. This is the first time I've ever had a bottle of this beer. I'm not sure if it's because of the fire? I like the fullness of the flavor and the bitterness, and I feel like I can drink it slowly. So far, I haven't gotten tired of it. It doesn't have an easy to understand special feeling, but it's well put together.

I bought Shishinosato's Sake Mirai a few months ago, but never got to drink it because I gave it to my father as a gift. The next day at the liquor store, I took it to the cashier and got a comment from the owner, "This has more flavor than before. In fact, the sweetness, deliciousness, sourness, and sharpness of the sake all come together to make a delightful combination ✨I drank it one day after opening it, and the flavor came through 👍I drank it all in one week, so I didn't feel much alcohol. I'm not sure if it's the same as the Gassan Tomonori or not...? I'm not sure.

Junmai sake from Kyokou. The aroma is subdued and the taste of the rice is pleasantly sharp. The balance of sharpness and flavor is the best✨I prefer it at room temperature rather than cold. It is the opposite of floral and aromatic.

After running errands in Kinshicho, I stretched my legs and went into the main store of Hasegawa Sake Shop for the first time. Their fridge lineup is quintessential 😆. I found Gakki Masamune in the cold room and wondered how it was doing lately... so I tried it. I wondered how it was doing these days... so I tried it. Hmmm... the aroma was the same as when I drank Honkin, which I didn't like much. Well, I guess it's all a matter of taste. But as the day went by, it became calmer and I could drink it easily...

The Echigo-Yuzawa souvenir from the mother of the friend. It is said that it is the famous sake before the war which Aoki Shuzo of Tsururei and Yukio cooperated to reprint. The taste is the classic Niigata dry taste, and the base is so, but there is the swelling of the taste of the rice unexpectedly. It has something similar to Tsururei. It's been a long time since I've had Niigata sake, and it was very tasty. I'd like to try it with seafood from the Sea of Japan🐟

As a cat label, Hagino Tsuru was the next one I was interested in after Kamo Kinshu. Not too sweet, not too spicy, the acidity and taste is right in the middle of my 🐈 best balance✨. I thought Haginotsuru was just a fancy name, but it was totally delicious. You have to drink it to understand it.

As a personal preference, I don't like sake that is too sweet (`ω・´), and while I say that, sometimes I just want to drink it without a second thought. This year, I decided to drink a bottle of the 🍾 Kudoki Uchi no Fukuro Hanging Omachi. The sweetness and clarity are similar to the Junmai Daiginjo, but the impression is that this one is somewhat tighter. The sweetness just pulls you right to the edge where you feel like "don't come over here anymore❗️", and even if you think you don't need to drink it for a while after drinking it, you'll want to drink it again the next day⚠️.

When I peeked into a liquor store in Omiya, I found a bottle of Rasu 1 Niida Pink in the fridge. I've been wanting to try it for a long time, and felt a connection with the unsold bottle, so I bought it✨. It has a sweet and sour taste, with a complex taste derived from the nishimoto. The overall impression is apricot-like. It has quite a bit of sweetness, so it's probably easier to drink than some of the other shochu.

Last year, my parents gave me a bottle of Eikun when I was in the middle of summer or something. At that time, it was a high spec like Ichigin or Izutsuya something, so it was delicious, but after that, I could not find it in the neighborhood or liquor stores in Tokyo 🌥. By chance, I found it at Corso, a commercial facility in front of the station in Urawa❗️It was just the right time, or perhaps it was all on the refrigerated shelf in the store. I'm not sure what to make of it. I was a little nervous about it, but I bought it as an encounter. The aroma is very calm, and the taste is round and refreshing. It's a refreshing shokuchu type sake that I really like. It was delicious.

Hirotogawa is a special junmai and nigorizake that was delicious in succession. At a liquor store in Otsuka, there were Junmai Daiginjo and Junmai Ginjo, and it was difficult to decide which one to choose. When I asked the manager for a tasting, I found that the Junmai Daiginjo was sweeter and tastier (← vocabulary💦), but I remembered the mistake I made the last time I bought another sake. The tasting was for (1) a small amount and (2) cold. (1) Unfiltered sake with a strong flavor, raw sake with a strong aroma, and aluzoe with a pronounced flavor profile have a strong impact and leave a lasting impression. In addition, because (2) chilled sake is intimately related to clarity and transparency, it is better if the rice polishing ratio is reduced. As a result, there were times when I was drawn to a gorgeous sake with a crisp finish at the store and bought it to take home, but when I drank it at home, I was tired of drinking it. So I finally chose the Junmai Ginjo❗️. It was a nice addition to my daily life ✨A little sweet, I guess the sweetness makes it richer. I've written a lot about it, but from now on, the most important thing to keep in mind when tasting is that you are thirsty at that time 🍷Maybe it's hard to get past that moment.

A limited edition bottle that was probably shipped last year was secretly in the small refrigerator of a maniacal local sake shop. I had been curious about this bottle for a while, so it was a personal bargain✨. The sweetness and aroma are moderate. The body is firm, the taste is more classic, dry and metallic sharpness stands out, it's sharp but not unpleasant. The clarity may be helped by the fact that it is unpasteurized. Just before finishing, I realized that this is an unpasteurized sake... 16% alcohol, this drinkability, this balance❗️

The problem of wanting to drink sake based yogurt liqueur that sometimes hits me. But usually, the first drink is the best and the rest.... That's why I'm so happy with this 2-gallon size. It's made by Akebono Brewery in Tenmei, so there's no doubt about it. I enjoyed this liqueur more than the last time I had it.

Because it is sold by weight, the photo is borrowed. This is the first time to use the traditional method of making mizutamoto. It has a dangerous sourness in the aroma like a raw product. I was wondering what to call this sourness, so I looked at the reviews of other people, and they said it was like cheese! I'm not sure what to call it, but it's definitely a living sourness.

Because it is sold by weight, the photograph is borrowed. In Tenmyo, I think this is the right place to start. There is no sweetness or fruity taste, so it is not a traditional sake. It is a neo-classic answer to the question, "What is sake?

No label on the back side. This is a Tochigi's Asahi Koh that I've been interested in recently. I saw it in the fridge of a local sake shop and tried my hand at it. It is a concept series of sake that tastes good when heated. I didn't know about this concept and drank it cold at first, but after pouring it and letting it sit for a bit at room temperature, I got a caramel or bitter chocolate flavor (but it's only sake) and a full body. It has no unpleasant peculiarities and can be drunk slowly without tiring. I don't think I'd like to drink it warm this time of year, but next time I'll take the time to warm it up and find the perfect temperature range. I compared it to Shintsuchida, which was sold by weight at the Mimasu Sake Shop, and found that Tamaka was relatively straightforward and deep.

It's May and already the atmosphere of early summer. Spring has gotten shorter in Japan. This is Kido's spring sake while spring is still here. It's sweeter than Kido's, but also clearer. The alcohol content of 15 degrees is also just right. I'm also looking forward to the summer gale when it gets hotter🤗.

Abeno Haru Sake. Last year we had the green one, so this year we had the pink one. It is sweeter than the other Abe-sake, but the usual sourness and bitterness are still there. It's a little peculiar, but it's easy to drink, and it's a sake that you can't help but drink. It is a little expensive, but I like it.

This is a limited edition of Junmai Daiginjo made with Akaban Omachi under the condition of 13% alcohol. It is made in competition with Hiroshima's Ago no Tsuki. Immediately after opening the bottle, the taste is clear, well-balanced, and elegant, but as the day goes on, the umami comes in as if it has been remembered, and the Omachi-like flavor seems to have opened up. However, since the base has the aforementioned elegance, I felt that the way the umami rose stood out. It's a special edition with a different feel than usual.
