I've had Shichibondari before, and it tasted really good warmed up, and at the liquor stores I frequent, they tend to keep it on the shelf at room temperature rather than in the fridge, so I thought it must be rice-like. I thought it must be rice-like, and the label must have a classic feel to it... I'm sorry, I was wrong. It's so good! It has a sour taste like Calpis. There is no shortage of flavor with a good sense of maturity. I drank it cold first, but it became more fragrant at room temperature. I have a feeling this will be good warmed too...! I want to enjoy it slowly! It's delicious!

Kameizumi is known for its pineapples. This is its Hiyaoroshi. It has a gentle aroma like sweet sake. When you put it in your mouth, it has a sweetness with a strong acidity like pineapple or apple. This fruity taste is still there! And what's different is the aftertaste! The sharpness! While it's in your mouth, the sourness and sweetness spread, but when you swallow it all changes! The heat in the throat and the bitterness in the flower are released and tightened. Not sticky, so easy to drink! It's delicious!

This is the one that was recommended to me at the liquor store. It's the first time I've seen it. The aroma is kind of flowery? It's nice and softly fragrant~! The moment I put it in my mouth, hmm~? I couldn't help but groan! What is this flavor? I've drunk a lot of it up until now, but this first taste. This is my first taste. I don't know how to compare it, but it's sweet, slightly bitter, and has this aroma ...... of gentle honey...? It's not quite brown sugar, but it's sweet, and it's also tightened up in the second half by the bitterness and the heat of the alcohol. It's delicious!

Hanaboe after a long time. This is the Autumn Agari of Brewed 2019 according to the label. It's delicious! This is! Mature, mellow sweetness and Hanaboe's typical acidity. I drank it chilled to room temperature, but I think this one would expand if it was heated! A mass of deliciousness! It's delicious!

Hiyaoroshi of Nanada. This time it's Aizan. It's also good...! The sweetness including the freshness stands out. It peaks the moment you put it in your mouth. It's not thin, but it's very peaky. After swallowing it, it is refreshing and even somewhat shochu-like. We like this refreshing sweetness and gentle aftertaste! Though we like the mellow type too! It's delicious!

So the reading is "Nagaaki no kazahana"? Is it rare in Hiyaoroshi? It's origarami. I've never seen it before. I thought it was a bit rice-like. I thought so, but it's so good! It has a different lactobacillus type flavor than Calpis. And the sharp taste. This is as good as Kamikimoto. Maybe it goes well with spicy food! It's delicious!

So much melon! So sweet! It's so delicious~! The mouthfeel is the sweet and sour taste of Calpis soda with a slight tingle. When I swallowed it, I could feel the melon. I couldn't help but take a deep breath (through my nose) as the sweetness spread throughout my mouth. There is no aftertaste, and the sweetness that spread slowly disappears. It's so easy to drink.
