I like junmai-shu with 70-90% rice polishing ratio because of its wild taste!
Among them, this Nanada uses 100% Yamada Nishiki. The mouthfeel is gentle. But gradually the sweetness, sourness, and slight carbonation slowly come together, and the flavor of the rice spreads...!
I'm drinking a delicious sake! That's how I feel.
I'm glad I bought Hokke. After all, Japanese food is best with Junmai-shu.
