Junmai Daiginjo by Kamikimoto.
Even though it is Junmai Daiginjo, it is reasonably priced.
Well, it is very pure.
There is no rice-like taste, no bitterness, no astringency, not even alcohol, just easy to drink.
The faint sourness at the mouth is the peak. The aftertaste is clean.
When it's this refined, it doesn't feel like alcohol and you can drink it all the time. LOL!
