The first issue of the Great Snow Canyon.
It is a seasonal Jungin (spring sake).
I had an image of it being dry,
But the label suggested that this spring sake might be a gorgeous type. I thought it might be a gorgeous type of spring sake.
It is sweet and a little sour on the palate, but the aftertaste is tight and lingering,
The aftertaste is tight and there is almost no aftertaste.
It is sharp and dry, but still very much like a spring sake,
It is a crisp, dry sake, but also has a gorgeous springtime flavor, making it versatile as a food sake.
It was served as an accompaniment to nabe (hot pot), but it can also be paired with spring vegetables and other spring ingredients,
It is also good with spring vegetables and other spring ingredients.
