Sake at Soba noodle shop 😆.
I couldn't take a picture of the bottle because it came out in a tokkuri (sake bottle).

First of all, just sake 😄.
The bottom of the sake cup was black so I couldn't tell the color 😢.
The smell is slightly sweet and smooth.
It has a clean sweetness on the palate. It feels nutty and nutty. Then bitterness comes in.
The ginjo aroma is richly fragrant.
