I went to a sushi restaurant at the top of Dogenzaka where a young woman is the proprietress and sushi chef.
Just out of curiosity.
The sushi and snacks were reasonably good and I felt like I was well trained in sushi.
We moved on from beer to sake, but the three of us had 4 gos of sake. It was super low.
Jun Daiginjo from Tatenogawa.
It couldn't not be delicious.
It was a precious sake.
Beer x 1 -> Tsumamizumari -> Tatenokawa -> Drunken Whale -> Shimantogawa -> Shaoxing sake at Nagasaki Restaurant 🙇♂️
