Today I went to Nagano for a drive and bought Kawanakajima Genmai, which I was interested in at a liquor store in Nagano. It's refreshing and has a pleasantly sweet taste. It's not habit-forming, and it soaks into the body easily. It's a good sake for a meal. Holy shit, it's delicious! I want to drink it again later with sashimi.

The cel24 has a reputation for its pineapple taste, but the pineapple taste here is not so strong. However, the fruity impression is still there, and the flavor and sourness come in strong. This balance is exquisite and delicious! In the end, it disappears quickly. It is served with the sashimi that I was excited to buy. The sake goes on and on.

Very fruity! The tongue is tingling with a muscat-like flavor. I like the ginjo aroma that goes through the nose. It is refreshing and goes well with meat dishes. A cup that creates a stir. It was delicious and did not betray my expectations. I think I'll drink it all in one go.

It is a modern Senkou. I bought it at a different shop when I went for a drive. It's fruity like white wine...gorgeous and semedyne. There is also a bit of effervescence. The tongue is tingling. It made a nice popping sound when I opened the bottle. Holy shit, it's delicious. It's good for a food sake.

I've been reading your reviews and have been wanting to drink this trendy drink. I finally found it and was able to purchase it  I'm also interested in the white one, but the one in the store was the black one. The first day I opened the bottle, it was as sparkling as a sparkling wine! The flavor is pear-like and fresh. The flavors are pear-like and fresh! It's more like a white wine than a sake. Holy shit, this is delicious! Even those who don't like sake will enjoy it. I'd buy it again!

It has a crisp green apple-like aroma and a sharp crispness in the second half. It's clean and will go well with any meal. My partner chose this sake, and it's also from Saga Prefecture. Holy cow, Saga has a lot of good sake!

Today I had some business near Tokorozawa and went to a liquor store for the first time. I enjoyed Yamazaki Gosha's Yamazakijo which I drank at a shop in Nagoya before, so I bought Oku this time. It has a gorgeous aroma, but it's also rich with the flavor of rice and sweetness. The alcohol content is high, but it's easy to drink, so I'm drinking it fast. This is dangerous. lol It seems that they are particular about using high quality sake rice, and the "Oku" character on the label emphasizes the "rice". Interesting!

I had taken it a few days ago, but I think I was satisfied with it and forgot to record it. It smells slightly sweet, like an apple, but very refreshing. It also has a tingling sensation on the tongue. It's not habitual and I would drink it easily like water. When I went on a business trip to Saga a few years ago, I drank Nanada at the store, but I don't remember it being this easy to drink. I don't remember it being this easy to drink. This is Masumi Arabashiri, which has been in cedar barrels for a few days to give it a woody aroma. As soon as you put it in your mouth, the aroma of cedar will spread. The impression is sharp and refreshing. It is a luxurious sake for a meal. It is amazing to have such a woody aroma just by putting it in a barrel for a few days! This aroma is really soothing(^-^)

I had this at the end of the year and accidentally forgot to review it (^-^; Fruity and clean! The sweetness is moderate. The tongue gradually becomes tingly. The second half is crisp and dry. Holy shit, it's good with any meal! The bottle is super cute too! A cow, a blouse, a hat. I see. LOL!

Happy New Year, everyone! I've been wanting to try this for a long time. I've had a hard time buying it because of the price, but it's New Year's, so let's buy what we want! So I bought it as my desire. I knew it was going to be good, but it was. While retaining the refreshing Muscat-like taste that is typical of Akatake, it also has a delicious and deep flavor. And it's sharp. Oh, it's delicious! Happy! Overpriced euphoria, no regrets! I'm going to drink it easily though I have to drink it carefully(^-^;

I thought I'd wait until after the New Year because the label has the characters for next year's zodiac sign, the cow, but sure enough, I couldn't wait. I will drink it to welcome the cow. LOL! At first, it has an apple-like flavor and a syrupy sweetness. But in the second half, it's sharp and dry. There is a big gap between the beginning and the end, which is a strange feeling. After letting it sit for a while, it will settle down and become even more delicious.

First off, the color is amazing! All this pink from the red yeast color alone! There seems to be no coloring at all. It has the smoothness and sweetness of a milk drink, with the sourness following later. It's like a cocktail, but it's surprisingly refreshing. A perfect drink for Christmas ♥️.

Merry Christmas! So it's glorious Fuji today. Refreshing and gorgeous ginjo aroma like new sake. Mikan-like? You can feel the citrus sourness and sweetness. Holy shit, it's delicious! My partner bought it after work, and we had it with delicious delicatessen. Sake and meat are delicious. The best Christmas Eve.

The new brew of 怍! I was looking forward to it, lol. And the label is as stylish as champagne! Stylish! Gorgeous and very fresh. It has an apple-like flavor. The mouthfeel is really mild. Holy shit, you can use it as a mid-meal drink. Yummy.

It seems to be made with 80% rice polishing ratio and ultra-low temperature, long time fermentation. You can enjoy the full flavor and sweetness of the rice. It is thick and round, but it has a good acidity and is not bad at all. It goes well with meals. It was given to me because of my work. It is made with flower yeast isolated at Tokyo University of Agriculture. The yeast is said to be that of Princess Michiko Rose. I understand that the head brewer and president of Toyobijin also graduated from Tokyo University of Agriculture. Fresh and fruity like an apple As the name Princess Michiko suggests, it's gorgeous and elegant. My partner is also very pleased. Holy crap, it's delicious! It's the best thing I've ever received ✨.
