It was given to me because of my work. It is made with flower yeast isolated at Tokyo University of Agriculture. The yeast is said to be that of Princess Michiko Rose. I understand that the head brewer and president of Toyobijin also graduated from Tokyo University of Agriculture. Fresh and fruity like an apple As the name Princess Michiko suggests, it's gorgeous and elegant. My partner is also very pleased. Holy crap, it's delicious! It's the best thing I've ever received ✨.
