On the drive, we bought it at a liquor store in Takasaki. I was trying to decide what to buy and the owner recommended it to me. It's fresh and very refreshing...with a hint of melon flavor. The ginjo aroma is also wonderful. It's balanced and not spiky in a good way, so it would go with any meal!

It has an apple-like sweetness to it, but it also has a tartness in the middle. It quickly disappears like water at the end and has no habit at all. After opening the bottle, it was a bit underwhelming (completely lost to the rich Miyazaki beef sukiyaki), but after 5 days or so, the sweetness increased and the ginjo aroma was added to the taste. In my hometown of Miyazaki, I was drinking only shochu. This may be the first time I've ever had Miyazaki's sake properly.

Continuing with the record of yesterday's restaurant drinking. It has a hint of sweetness like muscat. It's refreshingly light and easy to drink. And the second half is like water, no habits! It's kind of like...white wine. Is this a Japanese sake? It's a new type of sake.

A record of yesterday's restaurant drinking. It has a classic flavor with a strong rice flavor. I haven't had a drink like this recently. It seems to be made with flower yeast isolated by the Tokyo University of Agriculture. This yeast seems to have been isolated from marigold. I wonder if the orange hue is due to the original color of the sake or the marigold. My partner liked it very much.

I bought a bottle because of the cool label, but I didn't get a chance to open it, so it's been standing by in the fridge for a while. Today we finally opened it. Fresh and sweet as a pear! The ginjo aroma that leaves the bottle softly. After opening the bottle, it is crispy. It seems to be polished to 50% glossy. It's refreshing, and good for a mid-meal drink! There is no hazing in the glory fuji. Delicious! Last week was kind of a flurry and I sprained my foot badly, so it was hard to drink. Holy shit, I'm really happy because it's been a long time since I've had a drink (*´´) and it's only Monday.

I went to Miyazaki, my hometown in the middle of a typhoon, for the first time in a long time. I took a bottle of my favorite Akatake to my parents, who don't really enjoy sake in the shochu culture. It's fruity and refreshingly sweet like Muscat. It's easy to drink and sip. My mother liked it very much, but my father preferred something a bit more classic. But the sashimi in Kyushu is really cheap, fresh and delicious! We were refreshed by the delicious food, sake and shochu.

It's Takachiyo's Halloween label! Sake cheering character? This is a picture of the silver dollar. Cute.... I see this character in the bathroom of the pub I frequent (^-^; My impression of the drink is that it's a fruity, sweet pear. It's cloudy and thick. The aroma that comes out of the nose is nice. It soaks into the body. I'd rather drink it by itself slowly than with a meal.

We were served a special one at our favorite restaurant (*^-^) They say it's a special distribution sake. It's clean and gorgeous, but it's very delicate and I don't know how to describe it, but it's difficult to describe with my vocabulary. It's delicious. This is a junmai sake, but it's called flat rice polishing, a technique that cleverly removes the protein from the rice, making it taste like a ginjo sake. There's all kinds of technology out there!

I've been wanting to drink this for a long, long time, ever since I saw your posts and magazines, Instrument Masamune! I heard that I had entered my favorite restaurant and dashed in after work. LOL! It's a real brew, but it's very sweet and fruity. For better or worse, the sweetness is noticeable, but it's really not habitual. A true melon! Holy shit! Instrument Masamune, this is what it looks like. And the label is so stylish, it looks like you'll be popular with the ladies! I'm glad I could drink it (^-^)

We went to an eel restaurant in Kawagoe for a big splurge because it was my husband's birthday today. We ordered an eel as a quick drink at first. The rice flavor is intense, but the yeast is still alive in the bottle and it has a refreshing aftertaste. It has a crisp finish. It will explode if you do not open the bottle carefully. It's just a light drink. Easy to drink. I'm waiting for an eel to be grilled while drinking it now. I'm looking forward to it.

At first there is a sweetness like citrus and a hint of sourness, but it doesn't linger, it's crisp and clear. It's lighter and drier than I expected. It's easy to drink with no habit at all. I have a feeling that the taste will change and become more delicious after letting it sit for a while longer (*^-^)

At first the impression is gorgeous and fruity, but afterwards the full flavor and sweetness spreads. This is truly an autumnal drink. Holy cow, this sweetness is addictive and makes you drink more and more. I've had skunk cabbage in izakaya, but this was the first time I drank it at home. Once again, it tastes so good. I've been drinking beer, hoppies, sours and other alcoholic beverages for the past few days, but...sake is the most euphoric.

I got it the other day on a drive to a liquor store I don't normally go to! It's fruity, muscat-like and refreshingly sweet. The second half has a gorgeous scent that rushes around at a great pace and then snaps off quickly. The second half has an impactful impression. But after a week of drinking it, the impact of the second half is much milder. Holy cow, this is about as easy to drink as it gets. It's delicious!

It has a calm, gentle flavor and sweetness. I like the crisp ginjo aroma. The last time I drank Seawind (Seafood) from Fukuju-chou, I was a bit nervous because it had a grapefruit flavor and was quite distinctive, but this one is the complete opposite and is easy to drink without any bad taste (^^). It goes with any meal. And of course, on its own! It's delicious!

We've been waiting for you! Akatake's chilled water! It's gorgeous and fruity, which is typical of Akatake, but it's aged and has a gentle taste. It's gentle and soaks into the body. The lingering aroma is wonderful! It's very tasty and easy to drink, so I forget that I have to work tomorrow and drink it at a great pace (^-^; I'm happy to end my last August holiday with a good drink!

The flavor and acidity of the rice is fluffy at first, but it's refreshing at the end. It doesn't have a spiky taste, so it goes well with all kinds of meals. I've never had any kind of Mutsu Hassen and I've always been curious about it. Today I happened to find it at a liquor store while driving. I'm glad I found it.

Good! This is really good! The ginjo aroma is wonderful. The perfect balance of aroma, flavor and sweetness is really wonderful! The chilly weather has begun to appear. This year, we've had so much corona and rain that it didn't feel like summer at all. I'm sad to see the end of summer, but I'm also looking forward to discovering the delicious drinks of fall. No, but it's good (^^)

It's not spiky at all and you can drink it as smooth as water. It has a gentle sweetness and a faint taste of rice. It seems to be made with wine yeast. "We aim to create a brew that will make as many people as possible smile," the label on the back says. On the back label, it says, "We aim to make a sake that will make many people smile. Yes, here's one person who made me smile. Fukuda, it's delicious!

It's been a long time since I've had a Shinsei. The fresh aroma fills your mouth! It's so gorgeous...it has a refreshing sweetness like Muscat. When I say "Ikizukuri", I get the impression that there is a strong sense of richness, but it's the complete opposite. My brother at my favorite restaurant recommended it to me...very, very good...thank you for introducing me to it, brother!

Today it's tachayo....fresh, pineapple-y, tart and sweet (^^)Very fresh. This is delicious! (It really seems to be inspired by orange.) We'll have a nice snack of smoked octopus and cheese!
