I thought I'd wait until after the New Year because the label has the characters for next year's zodiac sign, the cow, but sure enough, I couldn't wait. I will drink it to welcome the cow. LOL!
At first, it has an apple-like flavor and a syrupy sweetness. But in the second half, it's sharp and dry. There is a big gap between the beginning and the end, which is a strange feeling.
