It seems to be made with 80% rice polishing ratio and ultra-low temperature, long time fermentation. You can enjoy the full flavor and sweetness of the rice. It is thick and round, but it has a good acidity and is not bad at all. It goes well with meals.
I've only had Kaze no Mori in stores before, so I'm glad I got to taste it at home (^-^)
