I finally met Tokyo sake. I had high expectations. It was bad. It was very bad. I couldn't stand the stench of old-fashioned sake. I gave up after the third sip. But I couldn't throw it away. I was in trouble.
Seems to be well balanced. Although it is a raw sake, it is not so heavy. The fruity and umami flavors are just right. It is a bottle I would like to drink again.
I have the impression that Hakusetsu is somewhat burly, but this longevity brewery was different, both refreshing and gorgeous, and exceptionally delicious.
The first day I didn't enjoy it at all. The aroma and taste were so bland that I didn't know what the hell I was drinking. I gave up after the third sip and left it in the refrigerator. On the second day, I drank it again with no intention of giving up, and the aroma and flavor came out so well that it completely changed my image of it. It is still a "devil sake" as the name suggests.
The flavor is so good that it can be called a refreshing Shaoxing wine. It is perfect for Chinese food. By the way, I had leek shrimp dumplings this time.
A bottle of no success.
Not bad, but I have a feeling there are similar ones here and there, so I wouldn't bother trying to drink it again. Sorry, sorry.
It is fruity and has a solid feel.
This is another bottle I would like to drink again.
With the goal of drinking at least one sake brewery per prefecture,
I am glad I finally got to try Shizuoka Prefecture's No. 1 sake.
It is a local sake from Osaka and I don't expect it at all.
At first, the alcohol is slightly strong.
But the aroma is fruity and delicious,
It is a delicious enough sake. Cost-effective.
It was also delicious.
When I opened the bottle and drank it right away, I could detect a slight bitterness; when I chilled it for about 5 hours and drank it again, it changed to a fruity sweetness with a banana aroma. It was good.
It is a wonderful bottle.
It needs to be refrigerated, but it turns into something else when it is brought to room temperature rather than kept chilled. The flavor becomes very rich and mellow.
