It's sweet. Not tasty at all. It's obvious that they are trying to suppress or devise all the trendy elements, but the taste itself is just monotonous sweetness. It's an annoying bottle.
Kagoshima, I finally filled it. When we opened the lid, there was a popping sound, quite powerful. It doesn't say anywhere that it's a fresh sake. It has a banana aroma and fresh, dark sweetness, maybe a little too sweet. We drank it while eating oden, but the sweetness still goes well with the salty taste.
It was delicious. Aroma of dried fruits, delicious aged flavor, quite sweet, and the exact opposite of the image on the label. Sake is better when it has been aged for a while, it is totally different. I would like to drink this bottle again.
For some reason, Chiba sake is hard to find in the Kansai region. It has a trendy flavor, with aromas of dried fruitoff and caramel, slightly sweet, and quite drinkable.
It's a kijoshu, but it doesn't seem sweet at all. It has a deep and elegant aroma and taste. The use of wine barrels is very effective. 4,400 yen is well worth it.
Fruity with peaches and apples, the taste is slightly sweet and refreshing. On the second day the taste became slightly darker and the deliciousness became exceptional. It is a bottle I would like to drink again.
The aroma is simple and the fruity yeast additions are modest, I think. Taste is fresh and sweet, a bit strong on the throat. It is usually tasty, but perhaps a little overpriced for the taste.
I finally filled Saga Prefecture. It was hard to find sake from Saga. Junmai type, unknown rice polishing ratio. The aroma is fruity with pineapple and caramel, and the taste is sweet, sour and slightly bitter. It was delicious. I would buy it again.
