It is quite tasty and refreshing. There is a lot of flavor and it kind of makes you salivate a lot. The crown is reattachable, which is a relief. I can drink more and more. When I opened the crown again, it was cloudy, as if lees had mixed in. The moderate sourness is the main taste, and the lees and bitterness add a variety of tastes, making my mouth feel like it's already Merry Christmas. Even after 2 or 3 days, it does not become sweet-sweet, but dry-sweet juicy and delicious. Also, the bottle is twice as heavy as usual.

The official recommendation is to drink it lukewarm (around 40 degrees Celsius). The warmer it is, the less stimulating it is.
