When I opened the crown again, it was cloudy, as if lees had mixed in. The moderate sourness is the main taste, and the lees and bitterness add a variety of tastes, making my mouth feel like it's already Merry Christmas. Even after 2 or 3 days, it does not become sweet-sweet, but dry-sweet juicy and delicious. Also, the bottle is twice as heavy as usual.
