Tropical, lychee, fermented rice smell.
Starts out beautifully, then tart and juicy, reminiscent of pear bite and sugary citrus, sweet, bitter from the beginning, yakult, sweet and sour with a hint of grape skin, full, fresher than wine, more voluminous on the palate. The bitterness provides a nice break in the sweetness. The lingering nasal finish and a hint of greenness remind me of grapes. Delicious.
The temperature range changes the way the taste is perceived.
