Lovely elegant syrup, floral nectar. Transition from juicy to sugary sweetness, with a bitter taste that doesn't overtake the sweetness, very good. Slightly pungent, with a sweet aftertaste that is crisp and clean.
When paired with food, the flavor of the sake enhances the food and refreshes the palate.
I enjoyed it without losing track of time. This is delicious.
