The mornings and evenings have been getting colder and colder recently.
I think I was still sleeping in short sleeves at the beginning of October.
When it gets cold, it is the season of "Isshaku Suisei.
This is a personal story.
As I have mentioned before, when I visited Goshome Town in Akita Prefecture on business, I had the opportunity to visit the Fukurokuju Sake Brewery, the brewery that produces Ippakusuisei sake.
I am grateful to the owner of the brewery for showing me around so politely even though I just showed up on the spot.
I remember that I couldn't taste the sake because I went there by car, so I had to go to a corner bar at Akita Station to have it.
This time, it was hiyaoroshi?
Sweet and sour type. It was light and easy to drink, but it tasted good because it was a little ripe.
It is the type of sake that makes you drink more and more.
It has a wonderful balance of being light and having a hiyaoroshi feeling.
(My opinion) It's really normal.
