The mornings and evenings have been getting colder and colder recently. I think I was still sleeping in short sleeves at the beginning of October. When it gets cold, it is the season of "Isshaku Suisei. This is a personal story. As I have mentioned before, when I visited Goshome Town in Akita Prefecture on business, I had the opportunity to visit the Fukurokuju Sake Brewery, the brewery that produces Ippakusuisei sake. I am grateful to the owner of the brewery for showing me around so politely even though I just showed up on the spot. I remember that I couldn't taste the sake because I went there by car, so I had to go to a corner bar at Akita Station to have it. This time, it was hiyaoroshi? Sweet and sour type. It was light and easy to drink, but it tasted good because it was a little ripe. It is the type of sake that makes you drink more and more. It has a wonderful balance of being light and having a hiyaoroshi feeling. (My opinion) It's really normal.

Getting back to normal. Gout, kidneys and coronas. My room, my shirt, and me. Gradually, I will bring back my body's weakness to alcohol. I don't care at this point whether or not I need to get back to normal. In order to get back to my daily routine, I have to drink the most regular, everlasting alcoholic beverage. The Hirotogawa River is the only place to do so. But I got a little greedy and had a junmai ginjo of Omachi. It has a robust flavor that is typical of Hirotogawa. It has a clean taste like a junmai ginjo, but it is no less mellow. It also has a grape-like feel typical of Omachi. The purple color of the label of Omachi is a reference to its grape-like taste, right? The strong quality of the sake is also reassuring, as it does not become dull after a week or so. This is the quintessential Hirotogawa. I wish I had such a strong constitution.

He opens a bottle of liquor that he had bought before his sobriety and had been asleep. The season has already turned to autumn. The summer sake has turned into autumn in the refrigerator before I finish drinking it. The seasons go by quickly. Incidentally, my son was infected with corona for the second time in September, which he got at nursery school, so I was under house arrest for about half of the month. When he was released from his nest egg, summer was already over. This year, I've done my best to play through August, and I have no regrets, but I'm a little sad. I think I spent a good summer, but I'm sad to leave it behind so that I can't stop listening to Naotaro Moriyama and Fuji Fabric. The summer sake at the end of the summer is Pero by Manjusen. The label was drawn by the daughter of Tatsuro Yamashita and Mariya Takeuchi. As the label says, it has sweetness and acidity, but it is clean and transparent, so there is no aftertaste and you will not get tired of drinking it. It is fluffy and fast, so by the time you realize it is gone, it is no longer in your mouth. Summer is over while the weatherman is saying on TV that the peak of midsummer has passed, autumn is over soon while I just miss you, Christmas is coming this year again, rain turns to snow after midnight, and life is not as bad as I think it is. That was too appropriate.

Rehab from gout and renal impairment. Gradual acclimation from low al. I am still living in fear, although I have been freed from alcohol and salt restrictions. My one-time enthusiasm for sake has waned a bit, and these days I'm exclusively into cheap sparkling wine that I can buy at the supermarket. Ropia's Cava is delicious, inexpensive, and sufficient for my needs. I start drinking it while the sun is still high in the sky and sip it while making fried food. It has a strong pungent acidity that sake doesn't have. Strong carbonation and sharpness. That's right, it's made from grapes. It's not fruity, it's fruit itself. The alcohol content is slightly lower than that of sake, and I feel less guilty about it. It's just my imagination. I'm going to go back to the Beau Michel. It is also low in alcohol and has a slightly koji-like sweetness and acidity. It is good to drink it with a glass of wine. I bought it because of my recent boom, but it is very satisfying with little guilt. I still need to check the Beatles effect.

My father, who was crazy about Jyushiyo, bought this sake to keep Jyushiyo off the dinner table. Toyobai is my favorite standard sake, and I used to drink it a lot when I was in Tohoku. This sake is brewed with the usual Toyobai rice and Kyokai No. 8 yeast. Kyokai No. 8 yeast is a mutant strain of No. 6. It was discontinued during the heyday of "light and dry" sake, but has recently been revived due to the popularity of the No. 6 yeast (in essence, Shinsei). The bottle was a little dry when opened. It is hard to say that it is aromatic. It may have been compared to Jyushiyo. It is rich and mellow with a strong sense of koji (malted rice). It has a strong flavor and sweetness. It is the best match when drunk with yakiniku (grilled meat) the next day. It goes well with red meat. It was a bottle that could play the leading role, not an atema of Jyushiyo.

Have we come to the point where the house drinking club has reached? It's been more than a year since I started accumulating loyalty cards at my favorite places so that I can buy liquor that is not on the shelves. I'm about to accumulate my third loyalty card. I can sometimes buy Jikin. As for Niimasa...I can get Colors there. After all, if I'm going to use this right, it's this sake. It's hard to make up my mind because of the price, and there are no special occasions. I'll buy some at the Obon Festival when we have people over. So I bought a bottle of Jyushiyo's Snow Goddess Extra Daiginjo. It has a divine aura, Goddess. When I gave it to my father, he was so excited that I bought it for everyone, but he was trying not to put it on the dinner table. You're not usually like that, are you? Jyushiyo makes people crazy. Opening the bottle. This sake is so gorgeous. At first, it smells like green apples? The next day, the aroma of ripe tropical fruits? The sweetness is also gorgeous. No crispiness, no sharpness, no imbalance. It's sweet, gorgeous, beautiful, and well put together. What can I say? I was so excited that I couldn't taste it calmly. It was just so delicious and satisfying.

There has been a pause again. It has been two months since I last posted that I had gout. I had a blood test during my gout visit to the hospital and my kidney numbers were gaga... I was worried about my kidneys, not gout. Kidneys, when did you... The hospital doctor didn't say anything, but I started restricting my diet on my own. No more than 6 grams of salt per day. When I buy something at a convenience store, I only look at the salt content. I also stopped drinking alcohol. Breakfast: Sweet bread LUNCH Weider Evening: Normal After a month of this lifestyle, I lost a lot of weight and became almost the same weight as when I was in college. The result of blood test was also normal. My uric acid level was the lowest I had ever seen. My kidneys are a little high. After I lifted the ban on alcohol, I only drank beer during the acclimation period. At the end of July, I drank sake for the first time in a long time. It is a summer sake from Daimine. This is the first summer sake released this year. As usual, Omine has a good sense of seasonal labels. It's been so long that I don't even know what it tastes like anymore. Sweet and refreshing. Light chili flavor. It's just like Omine, isn't it? It's definitely delicious. Let's get used to drinking it again.

I have not been able to post recently. There is a reason for this. June 3. I feel discomfort in my foot. It hurts...feels like...the base of my thumb. I have had similar symptoms before. At that time, after blood tests, it was diagnosed as not being that. It's okay, it's okay. It's not time to panic yet. It will be the same as that time. June 4th. Promised to take the kids to Hakkeijima. My feet hurt. They hurt like hell. I put on my shoes, crying, and walk through the aquarium with a limp. There is no doubt in my mind. Instead of sayonara, I'm going to have Yoshidagura U. It is not fragrant, but soft, yet fresh, and has a very weak, slight effervescence. It is just as the label says. It has no peculiarities typical of Yamahai, and is very modern. It is just as the label says. A good sake of the type that gently nestles up to you. Very relieving...except for the sore feet. I couldn't admit it for a while and couldn't go to the hospital, but last week I finally went to the hospital. The results of the blood test will be next week. I was so scared that I could only drink shochu-hai, so I will resume drinking sake after being diagnosed with gout and receiving medicine. But to think that I have gout at the age of 32.......10 years too early.......

Last to have a drink with a friend you don't feel comfortable with. My friend has to go back to Nagoya. But the bullet train has already finished. He says he's going to take a night bus. Well, you shouldn't do that. I'll get you a hotel, so you can stay overnight and go home the next morning. That's what he's going to do after all. The last one is gooseberry. I don't remember the taste lol. I remember it tasted pleasant, so it must have been good. My friend couldn't get a hotel in the end and rolled into my coworker's house. I feel bad for my coworker who called me out of the blue and forced me to get drunk, but I'm relieved. I don't know when the next time will be. So I'll see you later. See you soon.

Continuing to drink with friends who are not so friendly. The friend I called earlier seems to be arriving soon. I receive a call that he has arrived in Machida. I give him directions to the restaurant. I'm not sure how well I can give him directions over the phone, especially since he's drunk. Especially when you're drunk. I think Radwimps would make fun of the awkwardness of physical distance and psychological distance, and sing something like, "I'm right next to you over the phone, aren't I? Anyway, I just went out of the station and went to the left, and I really got there. Great. I don't care if you're hungry for three drinks, if you're hungry, eat a lot of food. The third drink was Super Kudokyuu. This is a representative of Japanese sake that you want to drink as the sake goes on and the snacks go on. I asked him how to make the tofu, and he told me that it is made by hardening soy milk with kudzu powder. The saltiness of the dashi broth is very effective and tastes great when you are drunk. Delicious ingenuity. The fact that he didn't comment on the taste of sake is the reason why he is so good at making sake.

Continued drinking with friends after a long time. The friend came all the way from Nagoya on a business trip today. I called our mutual friends after we decided on our plans the day before, but I couldn't find anyone who was willing to meet up with me today and tomorrow. At my age, I guess. We had a drink together and as we got to talking, we talked about a colleague of ours at work. Apparently, they are mutual friends. I call him. He said he was coming over. What the heck. The right answer was right around the corner. The second drink was a sogapé. This is probably the last drink of the season. Numerosis is No. 6 yeast. The last drink that is not on the menu. It has a more pronounced acidity than the previous Hiran. Sweet and sour. It has a strong "sake yeast" feel. It's delicious in its own way. But I feel it's not balanced well. The previous "Hiran" was too good. We will say goodbye to Sogape until winter. See you next year.

Who you drink with is also important. Last Thursday. I was excited to have a drink with a friend whom I hadn't seen in a while on the following Friday, but my friend called me. I had to cancel it because of a death in the family. It was no use. I had made some family arrangements, so I decided to go out for a drink on my own. Five minutes later, I received a call from another old friend. It was urgent, but he said he would be in the Tokyo area tomorrow and would like to have a drink with me. I guess that's what he meant when he said I was in the right place at the right time. Sorry to ask him to come all the way to Machida. I'm sorry to ask him to come all the way to Machida, but I've heard that he had a wedding the other day, that a friend of ours got married to a mutual friend, and so on. It's all good if it's a happy story. The first drink was "Hiran". It was a revenge for the super dry one I had a while ago. Beautiful sweetness and mild acidity. Good balance. This is its real power. It's so delicious. It's a good feeling when you drink good sake with a thoughtful side dish and a friend you don't mind drinking with.

Around the Toma of the Hermitage of Kariho Is it summer now? At least it is not autumn. I myself think I am living my life putting up with many things, but the other day my wife told me that I am not putting up with alcohol. I think she is mistaken, so I will correct her, but I do put up with a lot of drinking. If I wasn't holding back, I would drink every day. If I wasn't holding back, I would be an alcoholic by now. I am holding back a lot when I can drink alcohol in a healthy way. So I bought a bottle of this one along with Hirotogawa, and the store clerk praised me for it. Opened the bottle. It is drier than I imagined. It is hot and refreshingly bitter. Asahi! Swoopaaadddooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! That's what it feels like. I would like to drink it on a hot summer day. I am sure it goes well with meals. Let's buy another sake that will be praised.

No good. I got myself together and went to a restaurant I had been wanting to try. Choo Choo is a well-known izakaya in Sendai. The main izakaya is so popular that it's almost impossible to go in there, so I went to the third branch, Choocho-gahi. There are a lot of female customers. I drank alone at the counter with a copy of Kotaro Isaka's new book, which I bought at Ayumi Books. My first drink is Kakuemon. To be honest, I don't remember much of the taste. The fact that I don't remember the taste means that it was a delicious sake that complemented the taste of the food. Sendai expedition. We are sending this message from Rakuten Seimei Park Miyagi to Kokubuncho. As usual, children are turning the inside of an izakaya into a lawless zone. Don't get under the kotatsu. Don't play with ice out of drinks. They're hugging my sister-in-law and her husband around their necks like they're choking me. Why do you get a lot of white sand coming out of your pockets when you roll around? Don't go out in the hallway. Good thing I reserved a private room... The second drink is Akabu Natsukasumi. I feel like it's been a while since I've had this. It seems that it has been a while since the first sip, so it has a strong ogara flavor. It was quite umami and strong. It is tasty, but I don't think this one has the feeling of a summer sake. It would have been better on the rocks, as the label says. At any rate, the kids are at their limit, and we leave early. Watch the Rakuten game in Sendai. I have been a Rakuten Eagles fan since I spent my college days in Sendai. I still try to go to Rakuten Seimei Park Miyagi once a year, but I haven't been able to go for the last two years. It's been a while since I've seen a game in Sendai. I bought a ticket with my company's welfare program, and the seats were so good that I was so excited. I bought Tatsumi's uniform without a second thought. But that was the end of my excitement. In the end, I couldn't stay in my seat because I had to take care of my kids, I couldn't drink beer, and Rakuten was a fucking slug. The magic of GW was broken and Rakuten's short spring was over. Hey, wife. Why are you drinking lemon sours and getting drunk? Get me another one of these or my second son will shit his pants and it will be a disaster. Rakuten Seimei Park is great because it has an amusement park where you can at least have fun even if it's a lousy game. The kids seemed satisfied. After the game, I had a drink with my wife and sisters. Ah. Finally, I could drink beer. It's so good I could cry. The second beer is a Miyagi summer staple. Mr. Summertime. It is not so much refreshing as gently sweet. It is lighter than the usual Miyaganbai for summer, but sweet and gorgeous. Delicious. This is a good izakaya.

If I were to take it to a deserted island, I would make this drink. Hirotogawa has started to handle this sake. My favorite place has become the best again. I saw it on Instagram and was overjoyed. I'm as excited as the SpongeBob commercial for McDonald's. I immediately went to buy it. There's even a special Jun on the shelf! I'm happy that I can always buy my regular sake. I get too excited and have a conversation with the clerk. I took it home with a bottle of Kariho Summer Nigori. This combination is so good! I am a simple guy who gets excited when I get complimented at the cash register. I have only had Hirotogawa Tokujun and Nigori. How about Junmai Ginjo this time? I opened the bottle. The aroma is gentle. Beautiful sweetness. Good umami. When the temperature rises a little, the taste becomes thicker. The "Tokujun" is also very tasty, but it has a more beautiful and unified taste. I don't have a preference for one over the other. Both are very good. I want to continue drinking them leisurely and lazily.

It might be the first time to lose weight after coming to my parents' house. When I finally got a little better, there was a rush of foodstuffs like a raging storm. It was a heavy rock blast for someone who had been living on widders until yesterday. There are no vacations at my parents' house. Even the kids don't wait for me. They've come a long way, and it's a rare long holiday weekend, so they're going to go all out, full force. They've had their fill of life and are full of dreams. As usual, I eat curry in the kitchen of my parents' house, which has been turned into a standing bar. Turmeric helps digest alcohol, and spices increase appetite. But that only applies when your stomach is in a slump. It does not apply to a gastrointestinal tract destroyed by alcohol. With the children finally asleep, I open a bottle of sake. There are two bottles of sake in the picture, but I only opened the Machida brewery. It's very Machida. It's a fruity sake with a nice, sharp taste. Only the positive aspects of youth have been extracted. The richness of the flavor, which is reminiscent of Omachi, also adds to the flavor. It is consistently delicious. Even a broken stomach can come up with a positive impression.

Reclaiming GW's sabotage. It is not easy to be free when you go back to your parents' home with your children. I haven't been able to go to Maebashi Jiro, which was established a few years ago, even though it is just around the corner from my parents' house. I haven't seen my high school classmates for a while. I want to stretch my wings as much as I want once in a while. The second bottle of sake I brought back to my parents' house was Amezure. I want to let them know how good the new one is in Kanagawa. The first saké was opened. It is juicy, spicy, and refreshing. Aggressive nigori. The feeling of grated daikon radish. On the second day, it has a sweet taste. The impression changes after two bottles in a row. However, I can't help but drink the clean, dry bottle without thinking about it. I had no idea that I would end up drinking it at my parents' house. I am embarrassed and feel sorry for the sake. My memory was wiped out, but I barely threw up in the toilet, which was a blessing in disguise. I am very sorry.

Tsuyodai-sama. It's properly tasty! Cost-effectiveness is not bad. I think this is a good example of how a capitalist company can produce sake that goes out of style when they put in the money to produce it. In Kanagawa, the number of capital-affiliated breweries, such as Seto Sake Brewery, is increasing. It is becoming a trend.
