Riding my bike in the cold to the liquor store for the Risshun morning squeeze: ...... They were sold out...Kyo Hina too...and Ume Nishiki too: ...... ...I got myself back on track... Tomizu~~~😆👍 It was cold, so I picked out a bottle of sake that tastes great warmed up... and this Jusui says on the back "Enjoy it cold or warmed... without hesitation"! Reassuring words: ❤❤ I felt a sugary sweetness when chilled, and a delicious richness and tightness when heated. The last time I drank Jusui, it was fruity, but this Tokujun is sweet and umami with a strong flavor ❤. Nice ✨ I got some chicken feet as a gift from Isshuru, so I had them together. Nice pairing👍 It's warmed up during the meal...and cold after the meal, so it's like ...... slowly inviting me to a dreamy road ❤.

In February, you can drink sake at the bean-throwing ceremony~! Sake drinkers shut up and eat edamame! LOL! You will be accompanied by a bewitching hermit and a kitty! LOL. This is Koshihikari, apparently. It was 1,000 yen, but it's good! Yogurt! Creamy rather than silky. Sweet, with a touch of bitterness to give it a kick! There is no alsophagy. It's good! Delicious! 👍

Ruyoku's Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter must buy labels!!! 😆💕 I was greatly saddened when the liquor store told me during the autumn hiyaoroshi "squirrel harvest festival" that they had just sold out💦, so I'm glad I was able to capture Okojo. It's light and light to drink, with a strong umami aftertaste. Beautiful! And still cute! The sake is as white and beautiful as a winter-haired Okojo. Seikagami (the expression of the sake poured into a cup is likened to a mirror, which is said to mean that the brewer's sincerity should be reflected in the sake). I really want to drink Jyushidai! I really want some Jyushidai! ...So, Kakuchi! 😆👍💦 We had these three kinds. I say "Kaku-uchi", but it was a special Kaku-uchi! It was served in a very nice sake cup. It had to be good! I was impressed! I was drunk! I am now on the JR train on my way home. I have to work tomorrow! It's raining! I don't care about that! LOL. I genuinely enjoyed getting drunk on Jyushiyo. Moreover, I was able to listen to the liquor store's exclusive stories about everything from episodes of Jyushidai's gin-sen to my favorite Gobashi. And he drank with me! It was so much fun! I learned a lot and fell in love with sake even more. Well, I'm impressed! I have to charge this liquor store hard, home Jyushiyo is not for me yet! LOL. But hey, I think I now understand why hard-to-find sake is so hard to find, and I think I understand a little more about the brewery and the enthusiasm of the liquor store owner. It was a good experience for me. I can work hard tomorrow 💨.

Happy New Year! Finally, a New Year's break for me too! The first bottle of this year. It starts with sake from Ehime. Naso!!!! It is doburoku. I sprinkled gold dust on doburoku. It's got a New Year's feel to it! LOL 🎍😆👍🎍 Nasso is a dialect from the southern part of Ehime, meaning "Why? There are people from the south of Ehime where I work, and they say "Naso! I also live in Uwajima. I have also lived in Uwajima, so I sometimes use it. When they are surprised, they say "Naso! ...or something like that. In my opinion, it is similar to Kansai's "Why don't you say it"...lol I took a sip of NASSO and I too said "Naso!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😂" I said! Why is it so spicy? It looks so sweet! NASSO!!!! 😂 It's shwashy, refreshing, and not sweet. The flavor is spread out. Iwamatsu, Tsushima-cho, Uwajima City, Ehime Prefecture, Japan. NASSO made by OSSAN and others It is a stylish doburoku.

I was busy working yesterday 💦. First thing in the morning, I finished cleaning up the yard and getting it ready to welcome the New Year's gods, and then it was time for a one-day-late, one-man Christmas charcoal grill party! LOL! It was the winter moon that brought the merriment! Since Kamishin's Tanabata sake "Sake-no-sara-sara" was so delicious, we had a repeat of Winter Moon. It is sweet and delicious! The light nigorigo (a light cloudy color) was elegant and fragrant, giving it an arabashiri feel! For me, it had a citrusy acidity. No, it was peach! When I heard they use peach yeast, I instantly felt peachy! LOL. It had a long lingering finish and was the kind of sake I would like to drink in a relaxed evening, so I'll have it again tonight 🎵. Good morning Erin 😆I think this Kaygetsu goes better with something a little stronger than sashimi. I would love to compare Kame-seru and Katsura-seru. I'll be sure to send up a review of the Tosatsuru onoroke soon lol.

One, two, three, four, five bridges oh! 😆✋💨 Exciting❤......maybe it's the octopus kimchi 💦 lol Something about this place just doesn't have the usual Itsutsubashi vibe! Doesn't change the fact that it's delicious though! 😆👍✨ It's a little bit bitter, fluffy, and cuts through quickly ✨. I thought to myself, "This isn't octopus kimchi..." and then I brought some "Camembert Cheese Okaki"! Yup! This one fits better! Delicious💕! This label is so cool! 👍 I like the standard Gobashi, but the secret sake Gobashi is good too! 🎶 I'm looking forward to future Gobashi with the new toji.

A bottle of Harushika is empty... See you next year! 💕 It's so nice to feel the seasons and the year through sake! Maybe the reason I've been thinking that way lately is because I finally have a brand I like and I've grown up enough to repeat those brands in the following years 😆✊💨 lol. But there were also some drinks that made me feel sad and cuddly. I recently broke up with Tsure. When I drink Tosatsuru, it might be when I remember Tsure and miss him. Ah! On the Osaka bus trip, I'll have some Osaka sake for now! ...so I bought a bottle of the classic "Akirika". Forgot to check in! I'll post a picture anyway 🎵It was a delicious sake with the aroma of freshly cooked rice👍. I drank a lot of sake this year.... Today is Ichinoya Hiyoroshi ❤. In the picture, you can only see the grilled rice balls, but I grilled a great hokke 💕I'm doing it with hokke 🍶. I think it's a bit rambunctious for a hiyaoroshi, lol. I don't dislike it 💕I'd rather have this kind of rambunctious boyfriend 💕. He's my type ❤. It has a mellow roundness and deep flavor! But for some reason, it's just too much for me❤❤❤ lol The acidity hit my tongue first. After that it is round👍. Nice sake.

adiduta, good evening ✨I see a lot of Ichinoya Shoten's sake if it's "hoshi-ichi"✨The logo is a little different. Hoshi-ichi is more curved! LOL. I've never drank Hoshiichi on the contrary because my first drink was Ichinoya!
