A bottle of Harushika is empty... See you next year! 💕 It's so nice to feel the seasons and the year through sake! Maybe the reason I've been thinking that way lately is because I finally have a brand I like and I've grown up enough to repeat those brands in the following years 😆✊💨 lol. But there were also some drinks that made me feel sad and cuddly. I recently broke up with Tsure. When I drink Tosatsuru, it might be when I remember Tsure and miss him. Ah! On the Osaka bus trip, I'll have some Osaka sake for now! ...so I bought a bottle of the classic "Akirika". Forgot to check in! I'll post a picture anyway 🎵It was a delicious sake with the aroma of freshly cooked rice👍. I drank a lot of sake this year.... Today is Ichinoya Hiyoroshi ❤. In the picture, you can only see the grilled rice balls, but I grilled a great hokke 💕I'm doing it with hokke 🍶. I think it's a bit rambunctious for a hiyaoroshi, lol. I don't dislike it 💕I'd rather have this kind of rambunctious boyfriend 💕. He's my type ❤. It has a mellow roundness and deep flavor! But for some reason, it's just too much for me❤❤❤ lol The acidity hit my tongue first. After that it is round👍. Nice sake.

I'm also baking the crabmeat in the shell that I procured at the Hokkaido product exhibition at Takashimaya. After hodgepodge the crabmeat miso, we will also have some shell sake in the tlatan 😆❤️. The grilled rice balls turned out well, so more calories with on butter 😂👍👍. FIVE oranges, yum! The sake that got me hooked on sake was Gobashi's Ride? pink and five's pink. I've been a Gobashi fan ever since, and I've been drinking a lot of Gobashi, but I still haven't figured out what I like 💦 lol. I think it's probably more classic than modern. ...... The Itsuhashi five series are all made in wooden vats and are said to be the sake that shows how Gotohashi is made. I've never had orange before, but yum! I like the balance between sourness and sweetness❤There are times when I feel sweetness and times when I feel sourness❗I can take it either way. I feel like I can work hard tomorrow. Thanks Gohashi!

Matches for fin sake! 👍 Got a shot of the blue flame! ✨️ I always thought I had to get some Echino Kanme regular sake for the fin sake, but I always ended up buying only other sake lol. Oh, by the way, I saw on YouTube that they make fin sake with one cup Ozeki! It's got a lid on it... So good! I thought. Well, in my opinion, "fin sake with Yamaguchi sake"... that's all I need 😆👍✨🐡🐡🐡. By the way, what I'm eating with it is a sweet potato 😂I bought it at a Hokkaido product exhibition at Takashimaya lol. I know I'm saying this, but it's a great combination! LOL! I'm sure there are different types of sake that go well with fin sake, but I think it's how well the fins are grilled that determines the flavor. I think it should be overcooked.

From the official website Junmai Hiyaoroshi is a pure sake brewed only with out-of-specification Yamada-Nishiki rice that has not been graded among the Yamada-Nishiki rice grown under contract in Tlatan Village (which is classified as ordinary sake under the Sake Tax Law). This is the quintessential sake of Tlatan Village, as it is made from Yamada-Nishiki (non-standard rice), which the villagers of Tlatan Village, under the slogan "takaranai tanuki no hanegyaku," have been brewing with the rice that they have been brewing with. It is a sake worth drinking. It is a must-try sake. Junmai Hiyoroshi is naturally delicious, but Tolatan is not bad! The price is about 270 yen less for a four-pack. I'm happy to taste both the great and honorable Junmai hiyaoroshi and the slightly acidic and bitter character of the Tolatan hiyaoroshi ✨️. My preference is still the junmai hiyayoroshi, but that's just a matter of comparing them.... I couldn't go home empty-handed, so I went to Yamamoto Sake Shop and bought some "Ehime Ikkai" ORIGAMI! ...... is a winner! Yamamoto Sake Shop seems to be a local sake shop! I'll keep that in mind 👍! At this time of the day, I'm in an endless loop of yellowtail and mellow, beautiful orikara sake. I went to a takoyaki place i know and got some fried chicken! I couldn't resist the takoyaki, so I ate it at the restaurant and came home lol! I decided to prepare a delicious drink and my choice was a dubbel💕. This sweetness will overhaul my body! 😆👍 Tron sweet with a long aftertaste❗ It gives my tired heart a much-needed healing 🎵 I now have two bottles of hiya oroshi and aki-agari in the fridge for this time of year! I also have a bottle of the secret weapon I've been keeping in the fridge since the summer. My mother is about to get mad at me, so I'm going to stop buying them for a while lol. I'm eating fried chicken with rock salt, it brings out the sweetness of the sake! I know everyone has their own taste in this, but I love it ❤. Nice!!! DAVE!!! 👍

I drank Kurogyu's Moegi in the summer and enjoyed it, so I repeated it with Junmai. It is a bit lighter than the Mohegi, although I can feel the strength that I felt in the Mohegi. The alcohol is an exquisite stimulant. A good all-around drinker! 👍 So far this year, I have found two of my favorite brands 🎵Kurogyu is one of them👍! Corn butter in a skillet ❤ yummy!
