It was cold, so I picked out a bottle of sake that tastes great warmed up... and this Jusui says on the back "Enjoy it cold or warmed... without hesitation"!

I felt a sugary sweetness when chilled, and a delicious richness and tightness when heated.
The last time I drank Jusui, it was fruity, but this Tokujun is sweet and umami with a strong flavor ❤.
