BEATSake made with Sakurahime yeast🍶🎶! I was a bit curious because while most of them are made with Shizuku Ehime or Matsuyama Mitsui, Shudo Sake Brewery's was Nikomaru! Even if it wasn't, Shuto Shuzo's sake is one of my favorite sake breweries in Ehime! It's amazing that three people can make "sake that tastes good even without snacks"! And the word "sukigokoro" sounds like a confession of love 😆💕The label of this sake also says "sukigokoro" in humble hiragana characters. I'm drinking it while thinking how wonderful it would be to give a set of this sake and chocolates as a Valentine's Day present ❤.... ...I'll give it to my friend next year for Valentine's Day! But she likes sake, but she also likes chocolate, so I'll give her chocolate, too! LOL! I also took a photo of the potted Sakurahime plant! 📷️👍 There is a fragrance. First it feels fruity, then it feels a bit dry. It also seems to have a bitter taste, and to me it feels spicy. It's not a sweet sake, but it's gorgeous! It's been a while since I've had a Jukishin Junmai! I knew it would be delicious ❤.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. BEAT🌙 Sakurahime series 🌸The name and label are perfect for this sake💕The fact that it is not sweet is surprising and good👍.
Japanese>English
BEATPonchan, it was gorgeous and dignified without being too sweet! The sweetness that you feel at room temperature is my thing, and I was drinking it chibi chibi lazily and it was gone lol.
Japanese>English
つぶちゃんGood evening, BEAT-san. Sakurahime 🌸 lovely flower 💕 lovely memorial photo ✨ I haven't come across this drink yet, I'd like to try it if I get a chance 😊. Looking forward to next year's Valentine's Day 🤭♡!
Japanese>English
BEATTsubu-chan, I want to drink Ishizuchi Sakurahime yeast next, but it is the most expensive out of 22 kinds 😣 over 3000 yen! 💦 so I'm thinking of having it at a corner shop👍Looking forward to Valentine's Day😁.

BEATThis is the second bottle of Nagurayama I've had after "just like an apple, just like a melon". I have never seen the view of Ojima on Lake Inawashiro from Mt. Nagura, but it looks like a whale! So whales live in Inawashiro lake? 😆👍 Fireworks also remind me of summer! Dash Island from Nakajima also looks like a whale. While imagining such a view, I was enjoying clematis 🌸 because the potted clematis plants are in full bloom. We grilled hokke on the charcoal fire early in the morning and drank up all the Toyo Bijin, so we had an after-party at Nagurayama! Will this be the first round of summer sake? We still have two bottles of spring sake in the fridge, but this cute bottle won me over❤. It has a robust koji flavor with a kelp-like umami and a sweetness that doesn't have a sticky aftertaste✨It's a different kind of sweetness than Toyo Bijin. Sake is amazing! All of them have different tastes! I want to save this one for during dinner, so I'm going to drink half of it and put it aside until my next holiday ❤.
Japanese>English
あーる酒BEAT, stunning clematis! ✨My clematis is gone 💦 but I'm holding off on the "Nagurayama" so I'm more excited to drink it 😆 Popcorn sounds good 👍.
Japanese>English
熊谷 朋之Hi BEAT! We have clematis blooming too, but it's still cold in Iwate, so the green leaves are just barely coming out. More importantly, congratulations on your 100 check-ins! ㊗
Japanese>English
ひるぺこHi BEAT. I love your clematis flowers, they are gorgeous. congratulations on your 100 check-ins: ㊗️🎉 Sake really does taste magical 😊.

Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, BEAT 😃. Congratulations on your 100 check-ins ㊗️ 🎉! It's already summer sake 😌. Beautiful flowers and popcorn 🍿 for the after party! Nice 🤗
Japanese>English
BEATAaru Sake, clematis are so deadly in the winter that you can pull them out by mistake 💦Loved the flavor of Nagurayama 💮.
Japanese>English
BEATTomoyuki Kumagai, I love the season that is moving up north! We got you first 😆👍It's so early when they start to bud, so we'll be seeing the cherry blossoms soon! 100, I didn't notice! Thank you very much!
Japanese>English
BEATHirupeko, I drank 100 bottles and enjoyed them all! 😆👍I started this sakéwa for later reference, but all the reviews are very similar...lol. Even though the flavors are definitely all different 😂💦.
Japanese>English
BEATTsubu-chan, I didn't know that summer sake started appearing so early! I was surprised too. I wonder if liquor stores will change their refrigerators from pinkish to blue.
Japanese>English
BEATJay & Nobby, lately it's become my boom to leave a bit of the previous one open when I open the next one and compare them both! LOL. At that time, every time without fail, I always say, "Oh, they are totally different~!" ...and then I say, "Oh, it's totally different~! 😂LOL!

boukenBEAT Congratulations on your 100 check-ins 🎉🎊I love your beautiful blooms 😆. I would love to drink this one as I love Nagurayama 😋.

BEATI didn't know that Toyo Bijin was so easy to drink...! My friend gave me this sake as a gift. I had a feeling that Toyo Bijin had a strong koji aroma and was not easy to drink! It has an elegant orikara and umami, a nice sweet aroma, and it's smooth with a tangy and sour aftertaste that leaves a sweet aftertaste and a lasting "delicious ❤" feeling 😆👍. But when I tasted it carefully, the koji aroma was still there! Delicious. The 14th of every month is a special day for me personally, and I have it with a left horse flat sake cup. May it bring you good things... ✨ My friend, whom I haven't seen in 8 years (he is older than me), was a dandy of an old man! The night before last, I took him around Matsuyama and had him drink "Ishizuchi", "Kofuji" and other Ehime sake, while I brought him a gift from me: a sake made with Sakurahime yeast from the Shuto Sake Brewery.
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, Mr. BEAT 🌙 I've never had ogara-mi, but I love Toyo Bijin💕I wish I could drink it! It was a fun day drinking with your friends😊Sakurahime sake, nice souvenir! I'm sure they must have been delighted ❣️
Japanese>English
えりりんBEAT, congrats on your decision. I think many oriental beauties are good to drink😊. It's nice to have friends even if they are older than you ☺️

BEATKurogyu❤Ruri label😆👍 When I drink Kurogyu, I always imagine it to be dark~~~umami~~... but I was told by the liquor store that this one was refreshing, so I drank it with that in mind lol. It was a refreshing Kurogyu with sourness and spiciness! Nice! This is the type of black cow💕 If I hadn't been told that it was a refreshing type, I would have drank it with a thud! LOL! I'm looking forward to the black beef "Moegi" 💕I'll have to make a reservation👍
Japanese>English
あーる酒Hi BEAT🤗 The lapis lazuli label 🟦 of the black cow is cool. I would like to taste 👍fresh black cow 🍶.
Japanese>English
BEATAaru Sake, the lapis lazuli label looks a little bright blue in the photo, but it's a cool blue and eye-catching 😆👍It's just like dry Kurogyu, but a little fresher! Try it, try it, try it 😆👍
Japanese>English
RyuGood evening, BEAT! Ah! Black bull lapis lazuli🐃✨ I missed the timing of the stocking and couldn't stock it 💦. I wanted to drink it personally 😅.

BEATSakurahime series 😆🎶 Sakurahime yeast type 1 "tropical"! When you have it with tropical in mind, it is indeed tropical! It has a fruitiness! 💕 The rice is "Shizuku Ehime". This time, we prepared a potted plant of real Sakurahime! It's yeast isolated from this flower ✨. The complexity that I didn't feel when I was eating it, I can (I think) understand well when it's alone! By the way, this is my breakfast💕! It looked like it was going to rain, so I lit the coals early and quickly grilled the oyakitori! LOL. It looks like it's going to rain in the afternoon, but I'm sad to see the cherry blossoms fall. Today, I'm going to take my time and enjoy the cherry blossoms. Well, what can I say, Sakurahime or Shizuku Ehime, what a girlish name! 😂👍👍 I have a friend coming from Hiroshima next week and I am going to show her around Mizuguchi Sake Brewery. I've decided on this sake as a souvenir 🎵.
Japanese>English
316Too nice to even have the flowers with the yeast source 😍I love hanami sake 😆🌸
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんHi BEAT, ☀️ Yeast from such a pretty flower 😳The rice, the taste of the sake and the bottle are really feminine 😆👍It's indeed Ehime 💕Makes me want to have a lunchtime drink with my girlfriends🎶.
Japanese>English
BEAT316, I drank while looking at the flowers seriously lol. It was a great spring in my hometown Ehime 😆👍

BEATPon, I don't have a drinking buddy 😂💦 I usually drink alone 💦💦 sometimes I force my mom to join me lol.

RyuHello, BEAT-san 😌. I also drank (and bought) "Yamatan Masamune" from the Sakurahime series. It was delicious! I'm also interested in this sake 😋.
Japanese>English
BEATRyu-san, is it a Yamatan Masamune 🎵Rich type 😆👍I got Ume Bijin and Nikitatsu, but Jukishin is next in the fridge 🎵This is a romantic series 😆🎵.
Japanese>English
RyuGood evening, BEAT! 4 types........you want to compare all the breweries 😆🌸 Really good initiative! Ehime has a lot of good sake 🍶✨.

Japanese>English
BEATRyu-san, so I think I'll go to Angel Road for lunch on 5/22 to coincide with the tide 😆👍I wish I could have asked you about the hottest lunch spots on Shodoshima 💦 lol

BEATToday's sake requires some explanation. Ehime Sakurahime Series Four types of yeast "Tropical", "Clear", "Well-balanced", and "Rich" isolated from "Sakurahime", an original Ehime variety of a flower called Delphinium, were used to create a delicious sake all made in Ehime with the participation of 22 sake breweries in Ehime ❤. Today's sake is Ume Bijin using "Well-balanced" yeast 😆👍The rice used is "Shizuku Ehime". It was a crazy nice day and the cherry blossoms at the neighbor's house were in third bloom. When I was a kid, I used to go to this neighbor's cherry tree to catch cicadas! LOL. They are light and go well with food! Today I grilled the parent chicken thighs with gusto! I also grill yellowtail kama 🎵. When I include sake, I look for the sweetness first. I like to gobble it up while feeling its sweetness, but it's so sharp! It makes me go huh 😌💕! LOL! I want to drink the other "Sakurahime series" too! I'm curious about the Jukishin from Shuto Shuzo, the Nikkomaru rice one! I wonder where I can find it... A portion of the proceeds will be used to help nurture the children who will be the drinkers of the future.

ひるぺこHello, BEAT. I see that this sake is made with Ehime's flower yeast and rice, sounds delicious! What a great idea to have a local sake hanami while barbecuing oyadori and burikama mokuyaki 💕.
Japanese>English
ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, BEAT 😃. Looks delicious 👍 Does this mean there are 22 kinds of all Ehime sake 😳 I'm looking forward to the others too 🤗 The boldly grilled oyadori momo! It's great to eat and drink under the blue sky 😊.

BEATHirupeko, Sakurahime is a pretty flower with light pink petals! Not many of them are available yet💦It's such a springtime sake from Ehime✨.
Japanese>English
BEATJay & Nobby has 22 types of Sakurahime yeast sake. But there aren't many available, and the liquor store I go to says they don't have many in stock 💦I'm hoping to get at least one more kind somehow!
Japanese>English
ひるぺこBEAT, I saw the news about Sakurahime yeast and looked at Sakurahime flowers online. It's really a pretty flower with a gentle cherry blossom color that brightens my heart 🌸✨.

BEATYum! My kind of ❤ I love the label design so much✨ The rice flavor is clear, with a hint of sweetness and some kind of complex (lol) aftertaste 😆👍-like... lol. Well, all my type of sakes are described like this! LOL! I wonder if there is something in common with the kind of sake I like... If I knew that, it would make it easier to choose the sake I buy next time! If it tastes this good, I've had it in the fridge since December, but I should have drunk it sooner ❗ Today, the cherry blossoms have started to bloom, so I prepared popcorn lightly smoked with cherry chips and drank it while watching a DVD. Watching E.T 😆👍
Japanese>English
ポンちゃんGood evening, BEAT! I sympathize with the things! Hope I can express my preference better to make it easier to choose 😅 I want to try the cherry chip smoked popcorn💕
Japanese>English

BEATI don't often post pictures of my outside drinking, but I was so excited at the corner bar at the liquor store that I couldn't help but post them here❤! I came here thinking I could compare drinks, but the cups are huge! LOL. The rule of Kaku-uchi at the liquor store is that you can drink up to three cups, but as a man and a weak drinker, I can only drink two! From the brewery of chestnut shochu dabada, Mutemuka👍. It's a little dry, like Kochi sake, and it comes out nice and crisp when chilled! It is a well-balanced and delicious sake. It's a well-balanced, delicious sake that you won't get tired of drinking! I would have bought it if they had a 4-pack, but they only have a 1-pack 💦 Oh well, I guess I'll just have to come back and drink it again! 😆 😆 😆 We also got some sake from Ehime. It's called "Kaze no Sato". It is sweet and delicious. This sake brewery is in Ozu City, which has been revived after the torrential rains in western Japan. We support them. Okay! The third drink, let's decide. What shall I drink 🎵? 25 minutes away by bike💦.

BEATThis Sudo Honke is a very old brewery.... I was curious, so I took a peek on my phone after buying this sake. So this is the first brewery to release a sake with a "nama" (raw sake) flavor! This sake also has the word "Nama" written on it lol. And the fact that it's made using the traditional method of honjikomi sounds kind of awesome! What surprised me is that this is 20 years old💦. I don't know what changes have occurred over the past 20 years. It starts with a unique aroma, then comes a caramel-like sweetness, and just when you get used to the unique aroma, the rice flavor spreads. I think this aroma is different from the ginjo aroma, so maybe it has been aged and the aroma has changed. I don't dislike it❤ It's delicious❤. Aroma that's almost addictive, in a good way! 👍 I think they are making only daiginjo now, so ginjo might be precious.

As a Kadobottle fan, I was very happy to receive this free gift. I can drink it with a touch of sweetness and a refreshing taste 🎵. I love Tosatsuru's fresh-stocked. Compared to Kaku, it doesn't have the banana feeling. But I can feel the sweetness more than Kaku.... I'd like to compare both of them! For snacks, I went all out and lightly smoked cheese, quail eggs and duck. One cup is not enough so I'm trying to figure out what to open 😆👍. ...and I'm also looking forward to the yuzu sour 🎵I'll go buy a Wilkinson first ✨ lol!

This is a sweet and sour type of junmai, perfect for such a spring. The aftertaste is refreshing, with more acidity than sweetness. I was also worried about the preservation condition! I have some I want to drink with them, but I don't have a chance to drink them with them. I might as well drink it remotely with my friend...lol. This Tosatsuru is still delicious! I'm glad it doesn't seem to have deteriorated. It's a little heavier than I imagined, which I like. The flavor and puffiness are also GOOD👍️ On a side note, I heard Tosatsuru makes a fermented yuzu juice hard seltzer base or something like that, so I ordered some! BEATI mentioned it briefly in my review of Ichino Koshu, but compare it to Hyakusyu!!! Today, I went to two liquor stores to do some shopping. And there, I bought a bottle of Hyakutobuki on the side! LOL! I prepared it at room temperature and warmed it up and we took turns drinking it and comparing 😆👍. I know the taste is totally different when I compare them, but I don't have the palate to describe which is which lol. When I was in Koshiju, I wrote that it slurps like water, but when I compare them, I can see how peculiar Koshiju is! So that means Hyakusyu is even more slurpable! But I think Hyakusyu has more alu-ness...maybe that's because Hyakusyu has one degree higher alcohol content.... Well, my preference is Koshu as a result. I'm going to compare both hire sake tomorrow 😆👍. I think I can enjoy it for a while 🎵

BEATI got hooked on it years ago and have fond memories of buying about three bottles 🎶. Creamy & silky, tight and smooth Sweet and rich! I was going to drink it for the Dolls' Festival, but then I opened it 😂👍. Again, it bubbled with energy! Those bubbles, wow! LOL! I'm drinking it on its own, but it's making me crave Karaage! I asked the liquor store I go to and they said they have it in stock in the spring and fall. I'll drink it again when I find it! I'll make some delicious karaage then✨

BEATSince we ran out of Echino Kanme for Hire Sake, I decided to try Koshu this time. If I had to choose a sake for fillet sake, I would probably prefer Koshino-Kanbai, but this one is just as easy to drink as the other two. And it's not lacking in flavor. I tried it at room temperature... ...... like water! 😆✨ It's a great all-around drink for everyday! What a quirky feeling! If I could, I would compare it to Hyakusyu! The carrot pancake is delicious!

BEATOne, two, three, four, five bridges oh! 😆✋💨 This is the 4th season of repeat Gobashi's RIDE pink. I've been waiting for it ❕. It's lovely again this year. Delicious. It is healthy. And the bottle opened well! I fell in love with sake because of Gobashi's FIVE PINK, and this is what I found when I went to the liquor store to buy Gobashi. I have been a Gobashi fan ever since and look forward to this ride pink every year. It's al 11% schwishy, sweet, lovely and the best & highest 😆💕. It's also the ride pink that I failed to open and splashed a third of it all over my room! LOL! From here, "Let's drink all kinds of sake!" ....... My tastes may change, but I don't want to miss out on any seasonal sake. I'd like to open a bottle on some anniversary, but when it's right in front of me, I open it right away ❤. This year, it will be served with whole strawberries. It's a luxury to relax with your favorite drink from the AM on a holiday~🎵. Ahhhh...I'm more than halfway gone 💦 low alu, oh well! 😆👍I think I'll just gulp it down instead of chugging it down 💦. Strawberry sour kind of ...... lol
