I was busy working yesterday 💦.
First thing in the morning, I finished cleaning up the yard and getting it ready to welcome the New Year's gods, and then it was time for a one-day-late, one-man Christmas charcoal grill party! LOL!
It was the winter moon that brought the merriment!
Since Kamishin's Tanabata sake "Sake-no-sara-sara" was so delicious, we had a repeat of Winter Moon.
It is sweet and delicious! The light nigorigo (a light cloudy color) was elegant and fragrant, giving it an arabashiri feel!
For me, it had a citrusy acidity.
No, it was peach! When I heard they use peach yeast, I instantly felt peachy! LOL.
It had a long lingering finish and was the kind of sake I would like to drink in a relaxed evening, so I'll have it again tonight 🎵.
What? They have a full moon label?
I'll look for it next year! I'll look for it next year 😆👍

Good morning, Pon-chan.
I got two garbage bags just collecting dead leaves! LOL.
But I'm glad I got to enjoy the charcoal grill and winter moon in my beautiful garden ✨.
