Happy New Year! Finally, a New Year's break for me too! The first bottle of this year. It starts with sake from Ehime. Naso!!!! It is doburoku. I sprinkled gold dust on doburoku. It's got a New Year's feel to it! LOL 🎍😆👍🎍 Nasso is a dialect from the southern part of Ehime, meaning "Why? There are people from the south of Ehime where I work, and they say "Naso! I also live in Uwajima. I have also lived in Uwajima, so I sometimes use it. When they are surprised, they say "Naso! ...or something like that. In my opinion, it is similar to Kansai's "Why don't you say it"...lol I took a sip of NASSO and I too said "Naso!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😂" I said! Why is it so spicy? It looks so sweet! NASSO!!!! 😂 It's shwashy, refreshing, and not sweet. The flavor is spread out. Iwamatsu, Tsushima-cho, Uwajima City, Ehime Prefecture, Japan. NASSO made by OSSAN and others It is a stylish doburoku.

Someone uploaded this before I did, hooray! I bought it in the basement of Mitsukoshi in Matsuyama. If you are ever in Matsuyama and have a chance to stop by Okaido, I hope you will enjoy shopping while wandering around the basement liquor store (which also has an Enoteca) and looking at Yuboku's side dishes and Karari's vegetables. I ate & drank a lot of rice. I think the way to open is not hard in the genre of muddy active. It is stomach after all. You know, the kind where you enjoy the top and the bottom grain!
