Completely jacked up 😆.
Gifu Sake
Alcohol 17
Polishing ratio 60
Slightly sweet aroma 🍾.
The mouthfeel is soft and sweet at first.
Soon after, sharp acidity asserts itself tangily, and then it snaps out, leaving a lingering aromatic aftertaste. 😌
I bought this as a packet and thought it looked sweet, but there were a lot of comments on various posts that it was quite peculiar, so I opened the bottle with caution, but for me it's a very drinkable sake.
But I was wary of opening the bottle, but it was very easy to drink.
Now, let's have another glass. ‼️
The bottle jacket says that it starts out clean, but after a few days it becomes fruity with a lot of flavor.... 🧐
I think I'll leave it at that for today and go to Koei Chrysanthemum next~. 😅

New Year's party at senior's house
We brought a bottle of freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake that we bought at the brewery's store in Hida Furukawa at the end of the year.
It is not too sweet and not too spicy, and goes well with sashimi.
The senior sake drinkers gave it a relatively high rating. Hida sake is good for winter. ☺️
Shiromayumi Meltingly Nigori Unrefined Sake Hatsumono
Brewing rice: Hidahomare
Rice polishing ratio 65
Alcohol content 17%.
When I visited Takayama at the end of the year, I bought this at a supermarket in Hida Furukawa on my way home.
I expected it to be sweeter than I expected, but it wasn't. It was surprisingly refreshing and creamy. It is also good with cider in summer 😊.
The fourth one is a Lemacom thermometer. The temperature differs depending on where you measure it, and I usually keep two of them, but now I have one traveling in the cooler box😅.

Today, we visited two breweries in Hida Furukawa!
Two breweries are right next to each other, so we didn't walk too far 💦150m or so 😅.
I took a bottle of the newest sake from this month at the brewery's store.
It has fine bubbles with a slight effervescence. It is not juicy like fruit, but the original freshness of the rice is pleasant 😄.
By the way, a couple of my acquaintances in Hida Furukawa are Shiromayumi drinkers.
Good evening, @Mizuhashi.
It's quintessential that you're not too busy with your drinking activities until the end of the year ✨.
Is it snowing heavily ⛄?
I'm very curious about the original freshness of the rice, Shiromayumi 😊.
Good evening, ma-ki-san 🌆.
I was out with my wife at a health insurance affiliated hotel in Takayama for one night 😃 via a brewery😅.
I have a strong image of Hida sake as heated sake and nigori sake, but I realize I just didn't know 💦I'm not learning enough.
Shiromayumi drunk for the first time at Gifu Sake Event
Naturally, it was my first time drinking at home!
According to the website of the Meimon Sake Association, it is a pure sake.
Fresh and slightly effervescent. It has a slight lactic acidity and a lightness that makes you feel the high alcohol content. It has an atmosphere like a wine yeast sake with a bit of bitterness at the end. Hmmm 🤔
It's sweet, but the pungency is also competing with the unique taste of lactic acid like yogurt.
A liquor store tasted it and said it was subtle, but I guess I should have listened to a professional's opinion.
I was wondering why the domain name of the official site is yancha.com 😅
I'm starting to wonder if it's possible after a few days 🤔. I'm starting to think 🤔.
