Shiromayumi drunk for the first time at Gifu Sake Event
Naturally, it was my first time drinking at home!
According to the website of the Meimon Sake Association, it is a pure sake.
Fresh and slightly effervescent. It has a slight lactic acidity and a lightness that makes you feel the high alcohol content. It has an atmosphere like a wine yeast sake with a bit of bitterness at the end. Hmmm 🤔
It's sweet, but the pungency is also competing with the unique taste of lactic acid like yogurt.
A liquor store tasted it and said it was subtle, but I guess I should have listened to a professional's opinion.
I was wondering why the domain name of the official site is yancha.com 😅
I'm starting to wonder if it's possible after a few days 🤔. I'm starting to think 🤔.
When you hear that the last part of the sake has been squeezed out, you may imagine that there is a tangy taste, but it is not unpleasant, and I think sake lovers will like the taste. The taste is good for a good snack.
I bought this when I went to Gifu on business a while ago, at some kind of product store.
Shiromayumi
Sweet but refreshing.
More rice-like sweetness than fruity sourness 😋.
Made with Gifu rice, Hidahomare
Gentle sweetness based on the taste of rice
It was my first time drinking this sake, but it was delicious!
There are so many sake that I still don't know 🤔.
I got Shiro-mayumi 😁.
I ordered it because I was caught by the name, which has no deep meaning.
I assumed from the label that it was Junmai, but it was Aru Soze 😁.
But I think it's a good product, easy to drink and refreshing.
It's not too bad, so even if you don't heat it up, it's still delicious👍.
I received this as a souvenir from Takayama, Gifu. It is a refreshing yet mellow sake with a strong sweetness and umami of pure rice. It went well with a salty side dish. It was delicious chilled, but would also be great warmed.
