The brewery is located in Hida Furukawa, Gifu Prefecture,
I heard that Kaba Sake Brewery was founded in 1704.
I am ashamed to say that I was unaware of it.
I bought it when it was introduced at Isetan.
I tried it and found it to be a very good sake.
If you like nigori sake, you will love it!
If you like nigori sake, you will love this sake 😆.
It's thick, thick, thick! And super thick! And super thick!

It is a souvenir from Shirakawa-go and is 100% Hidahomare. It is spicy, a little bitter, and has a slight flavor. It is quite tasty. I guess it is for those who like dry taste. Is this spiciness from the rice? Is it the taste of Hidahomare? It doesn't seem to be the type of flavor that would be popular, but it is delicious in its own way!
