Gifu 2nd day was Shiromayumi ❗️
This was also purchased at a convenience store and had an amazing selection of sake👍.
I opened the bottle, poured it into a cup, and brought it up to my mouth.
The taste is refreshing and easy to drink, with a great balance of sourness and sweetness 😁.
It's a small bottle so it ran out quickly 🤣.

There are many sake breweries in the Takayama area and I have been wanting to visit for a while 👍I was pleasantly surprised to find a convenience store with an unlimited selection of locally brewed sake 😁.
You can do a lot of tasting at the brewery as well 👍

Hi Robin, good trip to Gifu 😊I also went to Gifu during Obon 🚗Takayama has a sake brewery in the center of the tourist area which makes me excited 😁There are so many local sake from Hida, it's hard to decide which one to buy back 🤣.
