I drank up the sea of turtles and wish I could drink some more.
This is the time for a one-cup drink!
This is my first time to drink Hakumayumi by Kaba Shuzojo!
This time it's Gassho no Sato!
This is my first doburoku!
Let's have it right away!
Cold sake
First, the aroma. It smells like rice.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of alcohol leaves your nose.
It is the sweetness of rice and alcohol.
It is much easier to drink than you imagine.
The aftertaste is a little pungent, but the milky taste and umami are good.
There is no habit and it is very easy to drink.
Soda water
We tried mixing it with carbonated soda.
It was quite refreshing and the umami was very subtle.
It may have been a little too much carbonation, but it was a nice, refreshing drink.
By the way, the fourth one is a sake that I heard about at Imanishi Sake Brewery and thought the staff at my favorite yakitori restaurant would like it.
I bought it as a souvenir and delivered it on the same day, and it seemed to be quite a strike, so both the owner and the waiter were happy with it.
Hi ma-ki-😊
That's one cup drunk 👍 and that's a great nigori🦍 I think it's about 3/4 of a cup 😳.
The soda drink certainly sounds like it would go well with it.
Thank you very much, Maru!
I immediately put the one cup to great use 😁✨.
Yes, I was also surprised to know that this is doburoku 😲.
I thought it would be nice to try drinking it warmed next time 🤗.
Thank you, Hiro!
It's gorigo, isn't it? ⤴️
I happened to drop by a liquor store and saw a line of them, and since I wanted to make my doburoku debut, I didn't hesitate to take some home 🤗.
Thanks again for your hard work today!
It's rainy season mode 🐌!
Let's cheer up with alcohol ♥️
Today's drink is an extra item from Mayumi Shirou!
This is so delicious!
Melon soda! Melon soda!
I've had a few bottles of Shiromayumi, but this is the first time I've had the extra product 🌠.
I was surprised when I drank it!
Personally, I think it's the best of the year, including the unexpectedness...!
It may not be sold very often, but if you see it, please give it a try! ♥️
Archives re-update
January 5: Drinking at an inn on vacation.
The aroma is a bit of takuan-like juku-jyuku aroma, and the color is slightly yellow.
Mild rice sweetness and deep richness.
Disappears in the back of the throat, leaving a tingling sensation of alcohol.
The flavor seeps in with each successive sip.
This is the first type without a front label that I have seen in a long time. The amount of nigori had a visual impact, so I got one to try!
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was like that of lactic acid beverages such as calpis.
The taste is thick and the nigori flavor attacks directly!
It has a creamy sweetness that is almost sugary, but the spicy astringency that comes afterward tightens it up and makes it disappear gradually.
When served on the rocks, the sweetness becomes less pronounced, and the refreshing acidity in the background gives it a lactic acid drink-like flavor.
It is a good combination with the dark flavors of pork marinated in miso and sea urchin jellyfish that I happened to be eating!
It's rich, but it's a gentle taste that goes well with meals ✨.
It's starting to get a little hot this time of year. It's a great drink to enjoy on the rocks 😋.
