It has a nice fruity apple flavor that I was told about. The taste is sweet to umami, very weak to bitter. It is a refreshing sake. Shiromayumi is a sake with strong umami. I was surprised to find such a light sake. But it is 15 degrees. It is a light sweet sake.

Gorgeous aroma. Sweet and sour with apple flavor. A taste befitting a summer ginjo-shu. We served it with grilled and soaked summer vegetables. It is refreshing.

A limited edition sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the acidity, but it soon disappears and gradually changes. Is the Yamahai feeling weak? I couldn't understand the "cheese-like flavor" described on the back of the bottle as a beginner. There are not many reviews of this sake, so I would like to know what other people think of it 🧐.

The 24th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture. The main brand of Kaba Sake Brewery in Furukawa, Hida City. Purchased at the brewery. The ginjo aroma is strong, and the lees appear to be floating and hazy. In the mouth, there is a bitter taste from the shwashiness, and then the umami and sweetness spread out. The aftertaste is clean and dry, so you can't help but drink more and more.
