After work, I went to FUKU NO TORI Kojimachi. The owner told me, "If you came tomorrow, we would have plenty of sake. He said, "We ordered the sake today, so we only have the permanent selection. Well, even so, there are four stable brands of Yamaguchi Prefecture's local sake, so I have nothing to complain about. So, I had a pint of Ganki Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu. Soft umami and acidity. I like Yamaguchi Prefecture, after all, and there are many good sake in the prefecture besides the well-known ones.

Hanaoyokyu Junmai Ginjo TheMatch55 Yamadanishiki✕ Omachi. This is a comparison of the regular one and the ogara-mi. I never thought I would be able to do such a comparison for less than 1,000 yen. The only difference between the two is whether they are ogara-mi or not, so there is no major difference in aroma or taste.

Hououmida Junmai Ginjo Hatsushibori Unfiltered Hon Nama. This one was still available, which is lucky because it will be out of season in a little while. As expected of Hououmida, the aroma is wonderful. The softness of the sweetness and the spread of the acidity are also in good condition. I like it.

On the way home from my errands today, I stopped by Ikebukuro and had some sake at the Sake Cost Sake Brewery. First up was Kido Junmai Ginjo Haru no Kaorufu. It has a light acidity and a cool feeling. It has a sweetness that goes through the mouth smoothly. It is nice to drink this kind of sake on a warm day like today and feel the fever receding.

Sake jaaaa.... Today I went to Fujiki Shoten Shinjuku Sohonten. I have to say hello to this place too. There was a bottle of spring sake in the fridge, so I started with that. Kitaya Harusake Special Junmai. It has a gorgeous sweetness and a smooth taste. It is pleasant to drink.

Hououmida Daiginjo Hi-ire. It was a reasonably priced Hououmida, which is probably why there was very little of it, just barely less than a cup. Thankfully, we were able to enjoy the entire remainder. It was refreshing, crisp, and light. Ah, it's delicious.

Dinner! Sake today at Kurama, a local favorite izakaya in front of Kumegawa station. Yamori Junmai Ginjyo, unadjusted, straight-drafted sake. Since it's local, I can drink it easily, but I wonder if that will be the case soon. It has a light aroma, sweetness, and a slight carbonation. This flavor is what makes YAMORI so good. The appetizer is ...... ah, okra and mozuku. It's a combination of bitter and bitter.

Dewazakura Ginjo-shu Sakurabana. This is a ginjo-shu, so it is al-soaked. Therefore, it is light and crisp. The ginjo aroma is soft and full. It is irresistible. This light but core flavor and aroma is good.

Kido Junmai Ginjo. This is still not to be missed. If it were true, I would like to select it with my gold card and drink a square for free, but I will pay for the stamp card. It is a beautiful and gorgeous sake that you don't get tired of drinking. I can drink it again and again.

Well, now that I've finished my work, I'll be drinking sake again today. I haven't had a lot of sake lately, so I guess it's been a while since I've posted. I visited SAKARAKU in Takadanobaba. First, I had Souhyo New Junmai Sake. It has a great umami and full-bodied flavor, but it quickly mellows out and the acidity and aroma spread easily. Wow, it is very interesting.

The store was so hectic that I didn't have time to pour it even though it was ready, so it was placed in front of me until a few minutes ago, so I was able to take my time to take a picture of it. I wonder how it feels to be oazuked in front of a sake like this. It was so beautiful and clear, with a gorgeous aroma and acidity. It is indeed a Fukuro-hozuri sake.

I am in Kami Suwa, Nagano, Japan, on a solo trip. Since the weather is not so good at night and lunch was quite late, I did not eat out and had a drink in my room at the hotel. We drank two local Nagano sake, a pre-dawn sake and a Raimotsuru Seisen. I didn't realize that Yorimotsuru was a sake made by Yorimotsuru's company.
