Today I went to Fujiki Shoten Shinjuku Sohonten. I have to say hello to this place too.
There was a bottle of spring sake in the fridge, so I started with that. Kitaya Harusake Special Junmai. It has a gorgeous sweetness and a smooth taste. It is pleasant to drink.

Kitayuki Junmai Ginjo is a sake from Sado Island, Niigata Prefecture. Since the brewery is located on Sado Island, the Noto Peninsula earthquake that occurred on New Year's Day caused relatively little damage in Niigata Prefecture.
The taste is clean and dry, and while it goes down smoothly, it leaves a bitter aftertaste. There is also a fruity sweetness while drinking. It's delicious, that's why I like it.

I decided to drink Poshake and came to Fujiki Shoten Shinjuku So-honten. I was surprised to find that today was my first visit this year.
We ordered 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink, and the first sake we chose was Tenpyo Junmai Ginjo, a very good sake from Kagoshima Prefecture. A very nice sake from Kagoshima Prefecture. It has a refreshing taste with aroma and sweetness.
