Spring Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour (1)
After Iga Sake, Kouga Sake🥷.
This year, I had no time and headed only for a quick stocking up.
The first bottle is Hatsuzakura.
I like New Hatsusakura too much,
This year, I went to Shiga to pick it up 💕 again.
This time I brought back a bottle of Gintaro-kun's raw sake.
By the way, Taro and his wife were selling it.
It is served cold.
Pale yellow-green color.
The top aroma is of orange and young raisins.
From the soft mouthfeel,
The juicy orange flavor gently blossoms and the umami of the rice flows smoothly. The second half is tightened with sweet acidity and mild bitterness, and finishes with a lingering taste of rice.
It is best to warm sake just before heating.
The rice is freshly cooked and fluffy. But from the way it warmed up, it would be better to keep it cold or at room temperature.
If it had been hi-ire, it might have been different.
I can't wait to try it!
I had prepared chicken marinated in salted malt for supper, but I came home late, so I thought I'd share with those waiting for supper
(1) If you grill it, you can eat it as soon as possible.
(2) It takes time, but you can deep fry it.
(2) It takes a long time, but we can deep fry it.
The unanimous vote was for fried chicken!
I thought to myself, "Well, that's good!
I thought, "I'll deep fry it,
I was satisfied with the fried food and the pairing 😋.
By the way, I think I prefer grilled zucchini to deep-fried zucchini.
Hi Peco!
I also like zucchini grilled and lightly salted 😋🥒.
I'm not sure if it's because I'm old or what, but lately I often choose pickled vegetables or tempura vegetables as a side dish with my drinks.
Good evening, Peco🦉!
Peco, your review of this sake 🌸 makes me think spring is here 😆 I feel the love for Shiga and New Hatsuzakura every year when I visit the brewery and get this one 😊.
I'm a lazy person, so I'm all about grilling 😁 and stir-frying with miso 😁.
Hi, Matsuchiyo-san. Ms. Matsuchiyo-san is also a griller of zucchini! When I drink alcohol, I tend to eat heavily seasoned food, so drinking with light vegetables is healthy and good for me 😊.
Hi Pon-chan. I thought I might not be able to go back this year, but it was surprisingly hard to get Kouga sake in Osaka, so I went there 🚗😊I was partly hoping to get 🙆♂️ for the yaki, but it's no use if the votes are unanimous 😅.
Izakaya (izakaya) after tennis with high school classmates
The annual tennis, hot spring, and drinking party with high school classmates in Shonandai.
After drinking mega beer and edamame at the onsen, we went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar).
After quenching our thirst with beer and other drinks, we went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar),
The first sake I drank was Hatsuzakura.
I tried to make it spring-like. I wonder if this is the last sakura around here today.
When I drink it, it feels soft?
It has a sweetness to it, but it's also refreshing and fresh!
The alcohol content is 17%, but it is easy to drink 😋.
Since it is the season of sakura (cherry blossoms), saké related to sakura (cherry blossoms) will continue.
This sake has a very rich flavor, but it is very easy to drink because it spreads mellowly in the mouth.
However, is it a little bit spicy?
No, this is also a delicious sake.
Memorandum: A Look Back at the Past
Sake rice: Tamakae 93%, Mizukagami 7%.
Polishing ratio 60
A series of sake that I drank so much that I forgot I even drank it.
I introduced Ponville to someone I know and almost forgot to raise it.
Aroma of sweet rice.
When you drink it, the sweetness is surprisingly moderate, and the taste is like moromi.
It has a touch of astringency.
It is lighter than it looks,
The alcohol content is a powerful 17 degrees Celsius.
4/5 stars for my taste.
My favorite!
It has a clear entry, a strong taste, but it's sharp, like a fusion of modern and classic.
It's not juicy, but it has a nice acidity that makes you drink it,
I like it a lot!
