It's a day when I have to leave work on time, so today I went to FUKU NO TORI in Iidabashi. I should start gathering people for the end-of-month gathering. Today's sake was Tengumai Koku-Label Yamahai Junmai. It has a thick flavor typical of Yamahai, but with a clean aftertaste, it is relatively easy to drink and has a nice mouthfeel. However, there was not enough to fill the glass.

Isshaku-Suisei Junmai-Ginjo Sake Mirai. As expected, the sake rice called Sake Mirai produces a beautiful sake. The aroma is clear and delicious. I can't get enough of it. But the staff at Fukuno Tori is just as good at pouring sake as we are. Look at how artistically they poured the sake into the difficult situation of a single gugumini and a small plate, and yet not a drop overflowed. It is beautiful.

So I went to Fukuno Tori Oizumigakuen for the first time in a while. Unlike in the past, I have a regular fare to Kotakemukaihara, so I guess it is a little easier to come here. The sake is as good as ever. The first one was Eiko Fuji Itsusenkazehada Dry. It is a rather heavy dry junmai, so it is a bit heavy to drink at the beginning of the day, but I like it, so it is OK.

Kangiku Ocean99 Kukai Inflight Junmai Ginjo. Kangiku Ocean99 is becoming more and more famous, and last year or the year before, it was still a sake that only those in the know knew about. It has a refreshing taste with a strong sense of minerality. It is just like the sky. It has a nuance like a clear sky.

Today I came out to Shinjuku for the first time in a while, so I went to Sake Cost Sake Brewery Shinjuku Sohonten. Or, well, since I moved, I guess I will inevitably have a series of "it's been a while" from now on. While I was thinking about what to order, the staff immediately brought me a bottle of Abe Regulus. It seemed to be a limited quantity service. It is brewed using white malted rice for shochu, and has a muscat-like aroma, acidity, and a mineral taste. It has a flavor similar to that of white wine. Interesting. It is said to be a low-alcohol sake with no sake-like characteristics, and there was quite a line for it at the Niigata Sake-no-jin (Niigata Sake Festival) the other day.

Yamori Arashibiki Junmai Unadjusted Nama. This is one of the best sake produced in my hometown in Tokyo, and I can't get enough of it. The strong aroma and the smooth, rich flavor are the essence of Yamori's Arasakibiki.

I'm going to have a drink in my hometown because I'm almost ready to move out! We went to DenjiN, a local restaurant that has been a great help to us. I knew I had to come here. First of all, I went to ...... to check out the sake, Higashimurayama Beat, which is distributed only in the city and bears the name of Higashimurayama, my hometown. It was purchased at a recent event. It is a sweet and sour type of sake, very fruity.

Kutouryuu: The best of the best in a normal size. The Masu is full, but the glass is not. If you think so, you are right. There was about 30ml left in the bottle when we finished serving it, so we sucked it out of the glass to empty it. It is still a delicious sake, fresh and light, but with a moist flavor.

Nanbu Bijin Special Junmai. Not being able to beat the recent wave of price hikes, the overall price of sake has gone up at this store as well. I thought for a moment that the price of this sake was also 726 yen for 120 ml, but I thought it was a reasonable price, considering the sake itself. It is light and refreshing, and does not interfere with the taste of food. It is a good sake to drink with food.

Dinner after work and overtime. Today we went to SAKARAKU in Takadanobaba. It's spring and the cherry blossoms are in season, so the first sake is Hatsuzakura Sakura Label Special Junmai Namaishu. The taste is full and thick. I would rather drink it lukewarm or at room temperature.

Today's drink after work. Tonight we went to Carrot Ya Takadanobaba to say hello. I've known the manager here for a long time. The first sake I recommended was Mutsu Hachisen Wine Yeast V1116, which is quite acidic and full-bodied. It has a full-bodied flavor with a hint of white wine. Interesting.

Today I went to the new house to prepare for the move. After working on this and that until the evening, I was already hungry and tired, so we had dinner at Dofu-Ro in Ikebukuro. I haven't been able to visit the Ramla family recently. We started with a Kaiun Special Junmai, just for luck. I really prefer it heated, but I'm pretty sure I'd fall over if I drank heated sake now: ...... It has a rich umami, a slight bitterness, and a strong full-bodied flavor. I can't get enough of it. It goes well with the kombu salad.
