Hatsuzakura aims to be that kind of sake that gently snuggles up to you, a good sake that brings a smile to your face.
Taro Yasui, son of the 5th generation brewer, has been brewing sake as the 6th generation brewer since 2028 after training at Akishika Brewery and Kumazawa Brewery.
New Hatsusakura's "Nama Hashimoto Taro" is brewed under the responsibility of the 6th generation brewer.
There are various types of sake made from different rice, but this time it is made from Ginbukietsu.
Ginfukiyo is a Shiga sake rice with Yamadanishiki as the mother and Tamakoe as the father 🌾.
I don't have any notes, but it was delicious and I wanted to record it: ☺️

I thought it was a lumpy classic sake, but when I drank it cold, it was very easy to drink, with a clean and moderate acidity of a clean sake yeast, and a soft mouthfeel with flavor!
