Today's drink after work. Tonight we went to Carrot Ya Takadanobaba to say hello. I've known the manager here for a long time.
The first sake I recommended was Mutsu Hachisen Wine Yeast V1116, which is quite acidic and full-bodied. It has a full-bodied flavor with a hint of white wine. Interesting.
