Yamori Arashibiki Junmai Unadjusted Nama. This is one of the best sake produced in my hometown in Tokyo, and I can't get enough of it. The strong aroma and the smooth, rich flavor are the essence of Yamori's Arasakibiki.

I'm going to have a drink in my hometown because I'm almost ready to move out!
We went to DenjiN, a local restaurant that has been a great help to us. I knew I had to come here.
First of all, I went to ...... to check out the sake, Higashimurayama Beat, which is distributed only in the city and bears the name of Higashimurayama, my hometown. It was purchased at a recent event. It is a sweet and sour type of sake, very fruity.

Kaygetsu super-harakuchi special junmai-shu, Shiboritate nama-shu. This is another good sake. As is typical of Kochi sake, it is dry and crisp with a strong rice flavor. The taste is clear.

First of all, I would like to visit DenjiN and wish them a Happy New Year. Sake is Yamori, after all. Junmai Ooragarami comes out at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. It doesn't feel like the New Year has arrived until you drink this.
The fruity aroma is typical of Yamori, with a pineapple-like flavor. The umami and acidity are also very good.

Hirotogawa. It is alkozome, so I guess it is classified as a honjozo. It is a clear, light and nimble sake that makes the best use of the good points of al-soaked sake. It is easy to drink and has no unpleasant taste.

First up was Kido Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate. The last remaining bottle. Thank goodness. I love the aroma and the sweet taste.

Denshogiku Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-Nishiki 50, produced by Kangiku in Chiba Prefecture, has a very sweet taste. It has a very sweet taste, and because it is a draft sake, it has a gaseous taste. The mouthfeel is light and very enjoyable.

Yamori, one of my two favorite sake brands and one of the best sake in my hometown. Black label Junmai Nakadori unadjusted. This one comes out in the fall.
The usual light aroma and sweetness of Yamori is slightly subdued. After that, the bitterness gradually emerges, and the taste is very deep and delicious.

Snow Kayasha Yamahai Junmai. Unusually, the flavor and richness of this sake are very clear, but at the same time, it has a less peculiar and easy-to-drink taste among Yamahai Junmai sake. It is a good entry point to Yamahai Junmai.
