Today I went to a sake costing bar and a lot of things. This sake was served at a monjayaki restaurant in Tsukishima a while ago. When I drank it then, it seemed very sweet, but when I drink it normally, it's sweet but refreshing, and afterwards, it feels like a sharp taste in my stomach....

Tasake Tokubetsu Junmai Amoureuses is a sake that Nishida Sake Brewery, which had stubbornly refused to do PB until now, was persuaded by IMADEYA to finally produce a PB sake for the sake shop.
The label is stylish, but the taste is just like Tasake's special pure sake. It is very well-balanced.

It is characterized by its sweet and gorgeous aroma, but the aroma of this one is a little subdued. However, it still has a strong sweetness. I like it.

Today I went out for a drink after work alone for the first time in a while. The reason why it has been so long is because of a change in my lifestyle.
So I went to the Ikebukuro flagship store of the Sake Cost Sake Brewery.
I started with Tobiroki Special Junmai, which I hadn't had in a while. It's so good! This taste is still wonderful. It goes down smoothly and doesn't stop.
