Today I went to the new house to prepare for the move.
After working on this and that until the evening, I was already hungry and tired, so we had dinner at Dofu-Ro in Ikebukuro. I haven't been able to visit the Ramla family recently.
We started with a Kaiun Special Junmai, just for luck. I really prefer it heated, but I'm pretty sure I'd fall over if I drank heated sake now: ......
It has a rich umami, a slight bitterness, and a strong full-bodied flavor. I can't get enough of it. It goes well with the kombu salad.
