Today's drink after work. Tonight we went to Carrot Ya Takadanobaba to say hello. I've known the manager here for a long time. The first sake I recommended was Mutsu Hachisen Wine Yeast V1116, which is quite acidic and full-bodied. It has a full-bodied flavor with a hint of white wine. Interesting.

Toyo Bijin Limited Junmai Ginjo Jyundo Issho Hakutsuru Nishiki. It is brewed with Hakutsuru-nishiki, a rice developed by Hakutsuru Shuzo. The aroma is also very intense. It has a clear aroma of peach and pineapple. The umami is also well developed and the taste is cool and refreshing. Ah, it is delicious. Toyo Bijin Jyundo Isshu is a sake that I like very much, and this is one of my favorites.

Silky Snow Time - winter hiya-sake. I was torn between this and Umakara Manzaku, but since the bottle was already open, I decided to drink it. It has a crisp, dry taste with a lingering richness. It has an interesting texture.
