On the last Friday of the month, I made a trip to Takadanobaba to visit Carrot Shop. Since it was after my payday, I was a little bit nervous. First up was Hououmida Arashigiri Oshikiri Merger Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Hon Nama. Probably the type that combines the Arashigiri and Oshikiri parts. While the gorgeous aroma comes, it has a messy acidity and umami.

Today's drink after work. Tonight we went to Carrot Ya Takadanobaba to say hello. I've known the manager here for a long time. The first sake I recommended was Mutsu Hachisen Wine Yeast V1116, which is quite acidic and full-bodied. It has a full-bodied flavor with a hint of white wine. Interesting.

Toyo Bijin Limited Junmai Ginjo Jyundo Issho Hakutsuru Nishiki. It is brewed with Hakutsuru-nishiki, a rice developed by Hakutsuru Shuzo. The aroma is also very intense. It has a clear aroma of peach and pineapple. The umami is also well developed and the taste is cool and refreshing. Ah, it is delicious. Toyo Bijin Jyundo Isshu is a sake that I like very much, and this is one of my favorites.
