Junmai Unrefined Nama-shu made from "Haenuki" grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture and brewed up to 65%. It is a fresh and juicy orikarami sake with a refreshing acidity and a gaseous sensation unique to nama sake. The balance of umami and sharpness is unbelievable for a sake with a nihonshudo of -4 degrees.

This is a spring limited edition sake with a faintly colored tint, brewed with cherry blossom yeast and "Gohyakumangoku" from Ibaraki Prefecture. It has a fruity aroma, soft sweetness, pleasant acidity, and a slightly dry finish with a good aftertaste.
