We decided to end New Year's Eve 2023 with this sake. The white, transparent package is a perfect way to welcome the New Year. It is said to be the "best" sake made from the "best" rice, and is bottled directly from unfiltered pure ginjo made from specially cultivated rice, Gohyakumangoku. The clear throat and full-flavored flavor were satisfying at the end of a year in which we had enjoyed many different kinds of sake.

Sake from a sake brewery in Koedo Kawagoe. Expectations are high for the sake made from the traditional sake yeast yeast yeast. When we drank it, we found it to be smooth and soft on the palate, with a rich flavor and a light acidity that is not heavy and finishes off the aftertaste.
