It is said to be the perfect summer drink, so we got into the summer mood a little earlier than usual. The alcohol content is 14 degrees, so it was served very cold. It is refreshing, slightly fruity, and easy to drink. I regretted buying a bottle because it tasted so refreshing. It was delicious.

This sake is from Nanae-cho, Hokkaido. It is not often seen here, so I looked it up on the Internet and found that it is Hakodate in April 2021 at a sake brewery for the first time in about 35 years. The rice is Nanae-machi's Comet. The melon🍈 is immediately felt in the mouth, and the aftertaste is also melon. I was impressed by the unified taste. I can't eat Yubari melon, but this is a bottle that will satisfy even sake drinkers.

In the mouth, it reminds me of the sweet and sour taste of strawberries, and since it is 10% alcohol, I quickly devoured it like a separate dessert.

It is a fresh and juicy orikarami sake with a refreshing acidity and a gaseous sensation unique to nama sake. The balance of umami and sharpness is unbelievable for a sake with a nihonshudo of -4 degrees.
