This is a prototype made by Yao Honten of "Chichibu Nishiki", and the catch is that it is different from the previous Chichibu Nishiki.
It has a high aroma, so much so that even if it were called Junmai Ginjo, you wouldn't be able to tell it was a Junmai Ginjo!
